I ordered a mirror for a Fiat 500L which was dispatched promptly & delivered on time.
Unfortunately the mirror didn’t attach as it should have.
After contacting them again they sent a replacement which was the same
They said try warming it up which also failed to work
I was told they would refund my money which didn’t happen.
Unfortunate experience as the service was very good but quality of product not so.

I am a spares parts organiser for a classic motorcycle club and needed 20 replacement convex mirrors for a 1950’s British motorcycle, to sell to our club members. These mirrors have not been available since 1965!
I supplied an original mirror and within 4 days, 2 samples were sent to me for my approval.
After giving the go ahead, the rest of the mirrors arrived within 3 days.
They match exactly and are of a very high quality, with a lovely reflective quality.

What a fantastic company to deal with, everything was dealt with promptly, politely and efficiently.
I will definitely recommend to anyone.

Knew nothing of the company.but urgently needed a driver's mirror glass. Their response on a Sunday was very fast but unfortunately on arrival it didn't fit. On email contact they instantly replied, owning their mistake and had already dispatched the correct one at no cost.
More than that they were extremely perceptive and noticed I needed a backing plate as well - also included!!

These guys were great to deal with. Not only did they match a price, they personally delivered the goods as the owner lived near me (coincidentally). I also messed up with my payment accidentally adding an item twice and they refunded the money without me asking. Pretty rare in the these days so have to give them a shout out!!!

Was easy to identify the correct mirror cover for my car. The delivery was quick and well packaged.

I ordered a replacement wing mirror after they told me which one fitted my car. It took three weeks to arrive and was the wrong one. I returned it, after a delay while they authorised its return. They have had it back 7 weeks now - no refund. Beware.

Ordered a replacement mirror for one which had been stolen off my car and after being quoted £54 through the main dealer I found one from The wing mirror company for £15. I decided to order thinking maybe it wouldn't fit. It arrived as expected within 3 days and it fits and does the job, so happy ! Would definitely recommend

I ordered a wing mirror glass for my passenger side wing mirror and they sent me one which only fit my driver’s side mirror. I called and was asked to send photos via WhatsApp showing the glass was the wrong one which I did. I received an immediate response of apology and the correct replacement arrived in 24 hours. Very good service, thank you.

Dreadful customer service. Bought a replacement wing mirror with back plate but a few of the plastic tabs broke off whilst fitting. Sent them an email to order a replacement but they didn’t respond. Will not be using this company again!

I have very good customer service and when the first Wing mirror replacement did not fit, I was sent a second one very quickly and are label to return the first one. Very efficient. Very helpful and the mirror now fits
