Great product packaged really well easy…
Great product packaged really well easy to cut with a table saw. The felt fibers do get everywhere so make sure to protect the work area. Looks beautiful would definitely recommend.!!

The fact that there was someone to help me from square one. for most companies customer service is out the window. I have even gotten follow up calls. My sales associate changed and I got a call letting me know and who my new sales associate will be.

Slat Panel Glow Frame does not work
Sent an email on Saturday, August 22, 2026, the black slatpanel glow frame wall-mounted rechargeable lightning does not work.
Ordered 3 previously and those all work. Waiting to hear procedure to return this broken one and receive one that will work. Hope I will get a replacement. Spend 204.80 on this light.

I am so impressed with the product
I am so impressed with the product, the service and the ease of installation. I used the Flutto Mini Ridge flexible veneer to wrap a custom built reception desk. The result is exactly the classy, warm look I was looking to achieve. The delivery service was great. I used the on-line calculator to determine how much I needed to purchase and I was a bit short so I would suggest adding a couple of boxes more to the suggested amount. That being said, the extras I ordered came promptly. The quality is excellent.
