I ordered 300 lanyards for one of my events, we were a bit tight on timings and they had a delay in the production. However, they were very communicative and updated me every two days and that is very important as an event manager, they got it before we expected and the client was very happy with the final product.

Fantastic experience, used for a ball we were planning. Wristbands came in a timely fashion and looked lovely and were popular with everyone.

I recently ordered lanyards from this company, and unfortunately, the experience has been less than satisfactory. The items were delivered to the wrong location, and despite reaching out for assistance, the company has not provided any helpful information on the whereabouts of the delivery.

The lack of support in resolving this issue has been frustrating, and it has created an inconvenience for our organization. We expected better customer service and a more efficient resolution process. Hopefully, the company can improve its communication and assistance for future customers.

We have used the Wristband Company for 2 years in a row now for our company Christmas party. Excellent quality - this is the second year we have ordered lanyards with our logo printed for our annual forum - super speedy service and really good quality lanyards which means we can recycle every year. The team really makes placing orders easy and when we have needed last-minute rush jobs they always accommodate. Definitely recommend!
