Well-fitting and comfortable
I ordered 2 of these bras. I like the fit of the cups, the front fastening and the material. My only negative is that it does not appear possible to alter the length of the straps.

We're delighted to let you know that our straps are fully adjustable from the front of the bra, the hook slides out and can be re-hooked into the ribbon to be lengthened or shortened to whatever feels most comfortable for you. Peony Zip bra
Bought the Peony Zip bra for post surgery. Unique, soft and comfy, it really is unlike other bras I've tried post surgery (I.e John Lewis and M&S). Quick and efficient response and exchange service as I ordered an S size which was too small. My remarks would be that the size guide is not quite realistic and bra sizes do not match clothing sizes. I'm a size 10 in clothing but the recommended S bra size was very tight despite the soft, stretchy bamboo fabric. Also, no returns are offered and if you are to exchange your bra, no pre paid labels provided. Free returns/ exchanges is always a nice gesture... Hope this is helpful!

Please note it is for reasons of health and hygiene we prefer to have a non-return policy, but as you mentioned we are happy to accommodate our customers if there are size issues.
We have carried out detailed research for our size chart to try and ensure it is as accurate as possible based on bra sizes, we value your feedback that you feel they come up small, this will be passed onto our design team.

Very comfortable
Very comfortable, great fit. Helps with the hot flushes. Would advise going up a size to your normal just so looser around the ribcage post surgery. Breast cup size accurate. I am 5 '3 size ten and medium fits really well. If you are a large cup size I would go for the vanilla one. Really fast delivery, lovely packaging and ecofriendly.

Really comfortable bra
Really comfortable bra, a joy to wear during radiotherapy treatment. The only downsides for me are the detachable straps which keep opening when I least want them to. Otherwise highly recommended.

Bras come up very small
Bras come up very small - I am size 8 and 32 inch back and I am medium. V comfortable though when I got the right size.

The items arrived quickly
The items arrived quickly, I can understand why they were in individual boxes but in the future I'd like to see the option of multi packs of boxer shorts that could be put into one box.

Non compression post surgery garment
Theya products are well made from soft bamboo fabric. They advertise as post-surgery underwear, it’s worth pointing out the fabric does not offer compression or firm support needed for most surgeries.
It is also worth noting Theya don’t accept returns on any briefs and if needing to return another item it incurs a charge in excess of £10 for a tracked return from the UK to R.O.I returns address.
I feel Theya should review their returns policy as most of their customers have already been through, or about to go through, the trauma of surgery, probably cancer like myself, and could do without the extra stress of having an item they can’t return, in my case as the item was not offering the compression needed from a post-surgery garment.

No company is more aware of the stress and worry you are no doubt going through, our team members have also gone through cancer treatment. We truly want to help our customers. We do not market or advertise our briefs as compression garments because they are not - they do however provide medium support and can be used during recovery. Our briefs have many many glowing reviews from stoma patients for example. We love that you are interested in bamboo and sustainable products and hope you can use your briefs for the post-compression garment phase of your recovery, when your surgeon advises you to do so.

Great bra post Diep Flap surgery
Wearing this bra 5 weeks after double Diep Flap reconstruction. Very soft/ comfortable and supportive to wear. I wasted money on cheaper versions of this style of bra, this one is worth paying the extra for.

It arrived the next day
It arrived the next day! I was delighted! My only comment is that there was a hard piece of fabric/stitching at the zip that wasn’t covered which was a bit painful/annoying but nothing a plaster didn’t fix!
