I ordered some shoes on July 17th and…

I ordered some shoes on July 17th and it is now August 14th and I still haven’t received them! I have not received any updates or anything about the package that I ordered whatsoever. I have tried reaching out to them via email but I get address not found, I’ve tried calling their number that’s available on their website and it doesn’t even ring. so that’s a fake email and a fake number. Huge red flags for an online business. Definitely seems like a scam all around, I reached out and requested a refund so hopefully I get a refund or my package at least. I do not recommend ordering anything from them because you won’t receive it at all.

Do not order from this scam company

The worst experience dealing with a company in my life. They sell counterfeit products from China and if you return it they WILL NOT refund your money even if the box is unopened. They lied to me about shipping the item back to me until I asked a month later when they said they shipped it. Avoid this scam company or you will regret it.

I understand that this is not the experience that you wanted. Nor is it the experience that our store would like to have had with you as a customer. The product you received was not damaged and the box was opened on your end. We have not scammed you or anyone else. Thank you for your review.

Your product arrived on time within the 14 business days window as all hair and beauty products ship and arrive to our customers. We've asked in multiple email communications for you to submit the item(s) that you would like to exchange the product for. You did not comply; we sent you another product as a courtesy when you requested that we mail back the item that was returned to us.

Again, we received delivery confirmation that the product was received on your end within the 14 business days delivery window. Products ship directly from the warehouse and arrive within 14 business days. Any delays in shipping are communicated via email.

The shoes are horrible nothing like…

The shoes are horrible nothing like what the description says. I will never wear them and I am so upset I don’t even know how to return them at this point I will never order again

Hello Lori. You received instructions via email on how to return the shoes so that we can ship you another pair. We were not provided with evidence to your claim. We ask that our customers submit via email a photo of the shoes that they receive and to date we have not received an email from you. In addition, our return policy you received via email. Our return policy is also on our website.

"Product not as described claims: understand that the image is not a product description. The image may have text that describes the product's function and desired look further (for example a curling iron with text pointing to the different functions of the hairstyling tool or a model wearing the outfit that is being described). Understand that images are enhanced for marketing purposes. We all want to look like the models in the images, however, the model doesn't even look like the model in the picture once the image has been enhanced. Having said that, if you receive a product that is not as described in the product description, contact us immediately via email with a picture of the product that you received (you can use your cellphone to take the picture) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right."

Multiple weeks later

Multiple weeks later, I am still waiting to receive a return label. The two shirts I bought are very poor quality and not true to size. I have contacted the company 3 times already and have had no resolution.

We have responded to all of your email communications. We sent four return labels via email and on the fourth email we sent you the link to your return label and a print out of the return label. We asked in multiple emails for you to list the item(s) that you would like to exchange the shirts for and to date you have not sent the itms that you want to exchange the shirts for.

In an ideal situation our customers email us what their exchange is and we ship the exchange as we await the return of the item that is being exchanged. To date, you have not followed our policy. The resolution is to return the shirts and email the item(s) that you would like to exchange the shirts for.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered on 4/6/22 & still have not received product. Have emailed them numerous times & they told me they are not the USPS!!!!!

We report the same shipping/tracking information that you received via email. We would love to be able to communicate directly with the shipping carrier in real time, however, we do not have that capability.

I order this slipper March 01,22 did…

I order this slipper March 01,22 did not received it untill 4/8/22. What i received is crap, sending it back. This piece of crap is nothing like what in the picture and it smell like some cheap ass dollar store shoe out of China. Totally garbage. Certainly will be sending it back.

We've responded to every communication that you have sent to our store. In those email communications, we informed you of how your order is shipped, when you would receive the tracking numbers, and the timeframe that an order will take to arrive. We don't have communications that does not state that an order can take up to 30 days to be delivered. It is also on our website.

You received two tracking numbers for two purse orders. You've also been asked to return the purses upon receipt because you've filed false claims with Facebook/Instagram and our bank. We communicated to you that orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit. You had Facebook/Instagram cancel your order which is why you are only seeing one tracking number. You were emailed two tracking numbers.

Shipping so so long

Shipping so so long, I don’t like this company. I ordered these shoes on January 23, and today is March 19. It took you two months to place an order and send it. that's horrible

If you have not received your order, then you do not have to respond to the email requesting a review until your order is received. Hopefully by next Christmas.....

I made this purchase in November and I am still waiting to receive it. Never have i waited months to receive a pair of jeans.......and by the tracking, I probably won't get it for another month!

You receive your tracking number and the link to track your package via email. Check your inbox/spam folder for email communications. You received free standard shipping. Boots I should of ordered from China directly

I bought from this company bc the are in the USA. I paid more for the boots I wanted instead of paying less and ordering from China myself. Once they finally arrive the shipping label under the one from them shows where it came from China, was shipped to this "company" and then shipped to me. If you want American made don't order from here, save money and order from China directly. What a waste of time and money.

Regardless of what the company replies, if you have no issues buying products from China order from them directly because it is cheaper.

At no point have we ever stated that the products that we sell on our website are made in America. We ship from US-based warehouses. The majority of the products are just as the majority of the products that we have in our households: made in China, including the phone, computer, laptop, or tablet used to post this review. I received the jacket and it isn’t what I ordered. I need a refund ASAP. I’m clearly not happy or satisfied. Yes, I see the refund Policy and it says exchange only. If I received the jacket and it isn't what you displayed with your false advertisement, then why would I want to exchange? I want my full refund of my money back.

I was obviously scammed

I was obviously scammed. I purchased shoes and an empty envelope was shipped to my house instead. I hate this happened as I was interested in this company.

You were not scammed. You were not sent an empty package from our store. We process orders everyday and we have not had a customer state that they have received an empty package. Our supplier/warehouse has never shipped an empty package. What you need to do is contact your local post office where your package was delivered to you from to find out what happened to your package while it was being delivered to you. We are not the shipping company, we have nothing to do with thiefs from the shipping company. What you experienced is not the experience that our customers have. Sorry that you didn't have a better experience. You have been shipped another pair as a courtesy because these are really beautiful shoe boots. And you were refunded via Facebook. You received free standard shipping and your package arrived within the time frame after a package is shipped that we guarantee you will receive your order. Your order was placed on October 11, 2021, at 7:52 pm from Facebook, processed same day and shipped within the 7 to 10 business days that an order needs to process for items that are made-to-order such as your order on October 18th. You received your item on November 6th. Sunday's and holiday's are not business days. Not sure how much time is considered to be forever, however, we did what we said our store would do and we did it in less time than expected. Have a good day.
