Bench bought in memory of my late brother.

I ordered a bench following the passing of my brother, as I wanted to plant a rose in his memory and have somewhere to sit with him. The bench finally arrived and I was really happy with the quality and it was very easy to put together.

The only reason I knocked down a star was because of how long it took. I originally ordered the bench around the beginning of July and final had it delivered 08/10/2025.

The owner did apologise for the delay and mentioned about needing some personal leave, which was understandable. However it took nearly two months from confirming the bench was completed, to being delivered. But I have to say, it was worth the wait.

Unreliable and terrible to deal with

I placed an order for expensive Vitra items in early November, with Vitra delivery estimate of 6-8 weeks. No estimate was shown on Think Furniture's website so I thought they held the items in stock. My mistake. I was told upon order confirmation to expect an update shortly on estimated delivery date. This never came.

I contacted them and was quoted an estimated date beyond the window specified by Vitra, with no clarity as to whether the estimate was delivery to them or to me. I went back to get clarity and was concerned they'd simply failed to order the item from the manufacturer. They then shared an order confirmation addressed to a 'sister company' who were offering the items at the time at significant discount relative to the price I had paid (albeit during Black Friday, I fully acknowledge, but this still does not inspire confidence in the fairness of the original pricing).

Today they contacted me to say the item had been delayed, with no explanation or estimate, and another vague promise to update me. I pointed out all of the above issues and have received an unnecessarily argumentative "sorry you feel that way" response

In the meantime I've spoken to the manufacturer and the item will be available on schedule after all, so this was all a totally unnecessarily drama that would not have occurred at all if they had engaged a minimal amount of thought into how to communicate regarding my order. They've been terrible to deal with at every stage and I cannot recommend ordering from them

Great customer service and quick delivery

I needed a new office chair for my home office, and after a lot of research narrowed it down to a particular model that Think Furniture listed availablilty on (unsurprisingly there's a long lead time on a lot of stuff right now). I also wanted to make sure it could have lumbar support and head rest options. I tried using the instant chat feature, but they struggled to confirm availability from the manufacturer and offered to follow up by email. I had an email confirming availability a few hours later on Thursday afternoon, so placed my order having been told ~7 day delivery time.

The chair arrived this morning (Tuesday) - my only criticism would be that I had no shipping notification so it was a nice surprise when it turned up, but might have been inconvenient if I wasn't around to accept it.

I think they're used to commercial customers and volumes so I was impressed they took the time to follow up and help just for a single chair.

Very poor service

The office chair I ordered was a very high quality and expensive product. After the order was placed I had to chase for the order confirmation, I had to chase for a delivery date, I waited in for the delivery which did not arrive to be told later by the sales lady that she was on day off and had not seen my request. I then gave another delivery date and morning delivery time, this was not acknowledged, however this was received as the delivery driver was advised the day but not the time as I found out when he called me for delivery instructions. I am delighted with the chair, I am hugely disappointed with Think Furniture (Penny Osborn), I would not recommend them, definitely not!

repeat customer time and again

We have used Think Furniture in the past for a small office fit out but this latest installation was double the size and a much bigger challenge. Tony is professional at all times, taking time to know us as a client and understand what we want. He guided us seamlessly through what could have been a time consuming minefield of options and the end result is stunning! Highly recommended -a professional, easy to work with, expert in his field!

Great service

I ordered a chair from Think-Furniture and was contacted by one of their helpful staff due to international delivery. It was quickly resolved and I was kept up to date on when the delivery was expected. Overall extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend to anyone in need of their services

I am very very upset! I bought a hang it all in black, which stated that there were more in stock, I put it in the basket and paid - the money was raised from my card .. a few days later I received an email where I needed to confirm what color I wanted - even though I already did it by bought. I got an email back which said that the black was out of stock even though it said on the website that they were, but I could choose between the other colors - which I did not want, since it's not the ones I wanted. I wanted my money back! but due to exchange rate changes, I lost money on it! Think it's so lousy service writing there are more in stock when there is not.

Responsive, courteous and competitive pricing equals a great experience.

Think Furniture provide a very personal and personable service. I contacted them to confirm the type of gliders on the chairs and which would be best for my Oak flooring. Their response was prompt and informative. I was given an estimate for the delivery and my next contact with them was to arrange delivery in line with the estimate. Delivery experience good and the chairs excellently packaged and extremely well protected. It is more difficult to give feedback when the service is this good, i honestly cannot fault the service or experience.

Fantastic products, excellent prices and superb service.

I searched the internet for these Eames chairs and Think Furniture had the best quality chairs, in the colours I wanted at the best price.

The service was excellent to, I needed them in a hurry and after a few panicked phone calls they made sure I received them in time for my big opening, I'm truly delighted with the service and would recommend them to anyone.
