Really happy with the service.

Think2claim offer an amazing service and I don't think I've spoken to anyone yet who has been unhelpful. Updated are sent via email once per month and they call/text if there's an update.

One of my refunds was partially offset as I had an outstanding balance buy they took £4 per month until my fee had been cleared and didn't pressure me.

Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

Without any doubt this is the worst …

Without any doubt this is the worst company I've had the misfortune to deal with. On agreeing to use this company they promise regular statement updates on your PPI claims, don't believe it, regular means once every 6 months, if youre lucky. I asked not to be phoned after 10am due to work commitments, they ignored this and phoned at all hours of the day. Then you have to phone them, on a premium rate number I might add, to find out whats going on, and they have the audacity to charge you for you doing most of the work, scandalous. Avoid at all costs and do it yourself, or find a more reliable company.
