Switched over to think it simple got letters from BT forwarded them onto the customer service team and they dealt with everything for me while also saving me nearly half of my current BT bill. Very friendly staff !

OMG I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS, I have had the same experience as all the others, promise of a easy switch over from BT, useless router, terrible customer service, promised call backs that never happen from Michael Buckberry who is writing responses to all the bad reviews pretending to respond, which they don’t, because they want the 14 day cooling off period to pass, so they get their commission. I have a shop in a large shopping centre and have no tills working since they took over 4 days ago, I rang 12 times in 2 days, was ignored, lied to, told it would be sorted out and they would get back to me, they never got back to me, so I rang again and again and again. My business cannot function without internet, the damage they and stress this person Micheal has caused (my lying account manager) he’s lucky he’s at the end of a phone, obviously has no conscience. AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY, BT ARE WORTH STAYING WITH FOR RELIABILITY. I WILL BE TRYING TO GET BACK WITH THEM TOMORROW FIRST THING.

Really easy to deal with and incredibly nice and helpful.
They offered me a better deal than I was getting with BT, the change over went smoothly and the customer service has been fantastic.
I don't regret moving to thinkitsimple at all. Actually, my only regret is I didn't know about them sooner.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. Do not get involved with this company. Was promised an easy switch over from BT to Daisy. Hasn't happened. Sent the wrong type of router, had two weeks of stress trying to resolve that. Horrendous customer service from both them and Daisy communications. Finally got an openreach engineer out to confirm there was a problem after being told for two weeks I was wrong. Was promised a new router would be sent and my BT package would be cancelled by them. Been a week nothing has happened and I'm still paying for BT. Every time I ring I'm promised a call back and don't get one. Receive snotty customer service every time I ring and am told there is nothing they can do but they will 'chase it'. Absolute joke, the stress this has caused is beyond belief. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Still waiting for resolution. Have requested complaints procedure twice and haven't received it.
