We found Duncan on a local Facebook group, he made contact very quickly and came round to give us a quote to repaint a water damaged ceiling. He was very personable and presented a quote we were happy with. He came for two short visits to prep the stained areas. Within a week of contacting him he completed a superb job on on kitchen/lounge ceiling. We are impressed with his great work ethic and professional approach to his work. His details are now in our contact book for future consideration. Would definitely recommend him.

We hired Think Property Concepts after seeing Duncan’s work and the recommendations on a local Facebook page. He and his plumber Rob had their work cut out at our house as we decided to refurbish all three bath/shower rooms in one go. From start to finish, Duncan’s communication was impeccable and his passion for his work shone through. It’s clear that he and Rob strive for perfection and nothing was too much to ask at any stage. Duncan provided his professional opinion if original plans required tweaking, and he was eager to find solutions that we were more than happy with. He and Rob were clean and respectful throughout and really nice to have in the house. They worked around us and our young children and considering the potential disruption that I expected, it was extremely well managed.

After 5+ weeks of hard work, teas and coffees, we now have the most beautiful bathrooms!

We would highly recommend Duncan and he is now at the top of our list for any potential future work.

A very professional finish, so pleased with the final result!

The team are professional, friendly, charming, knowledgeable & went out of their way to do best possible job meaning did extras to ensure the wood would be protected when fitting my parquet flooring. It looks fantastic too. Thoroughly recommend these guys.

Duncan did a great job painting one of our bedrooms. He worked hard and conscientiously and the work is to a very high standard. Very pleasant to have around, too. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Duncan was so helpful from start to finish sorting out a plumber to resolve a leak and then repairing water damage and redecorating to perfection! Great painting and wallpapering of several rooms and always with a smile! Would not hesitate to use again.

Duncan has done an amazing job brightening up our house and has been a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. We gave him a particularly tricky mural wallpaper to put up but it was all done to perfection and our study is now transformed. Hope to have Duncan back again in the future when we get round to the next rooms in the house :-)
