Customer service is quick in responding to inquiries that were trying to figure out on purchasing their product and willing to assist me when needed.

Bought their top of the range camera - did not work. Sent back asking for a replacement, never heard anything back from them. Rubbish camera, rubbish customer support

Avoid this brand. I feel like reporting to BBB about this company. Faulty product, little to no customer service, horrible communication, no sense of urgency, lack of attention to detail, list goes on... Sale prices on Best buys and eBay for a reason. Cause they suck!

Garbage , I've now bought 4 U1000's and they only connect first time. When I try to power up again, it tells me the app has a bug . I try hotspot , and it tells me switch camera to AP, but I can't do anything as app doesn't work. Each time I hit hotspot , I get the AP message then app goes back to Play Store . Unbelievable I've had this with 4 units . I'm going to try a different brand

I bought a thinkware F200 pro thinking I was buying a good dashcam.
The camera may be good but the software is lousy - you can only make any adjutments to the camera via an app on a mobile which is SUPPOSED to connevct via wifi.
According to my mobile I'm connected to the camera but according to the app I'm not, so I can't see where the thing is pointing and I can't make any adjsutments - you can only make these via the app, not via a pc.
Several messages to teh support desk got me nowhere, they then suggested I do to another website and try downloading more firmware from there (thinkwaredashcam.eu) but this site doesn't even work, clicking for firmware on ANY of the cameras does absolutely nothing at all.
I previously had the F50 fitted by an authorised installer but this camera needed replacing a few times in the first year, it should have suppoerted 64gb cards but wouldn't, it then started corrupting cards (sandisk, so not cheap), I reinstalled the firmware several times but eventually it just kicked its legs in the air and died.
I only bough the F200 pro because it used the same power and gps inputs so no messing around with wiring.
About 8 years ago I bough a cheapo dashcam from Amazon for about 30 quid, this is still working just fine.

Absolutely shocking company. Products very cheap and keep breaking. Customer services absolutely useless. Products not compatible with Mac even though they say they are. Terrible reviews on lots of different website. Do not buy Thinkware unless you want a very poor quality product which keeps breaking down.

One word: terrible. They sent me a used unit when I purchased u1000 on their website and asked to mail back the unit at my own cost to get refund. I sent multiple emails about return status, no one answered.

Do not use the distributors for installation. Chameleon Codewing install cameras in my car and in process spliced rear brake wire. Drove around illegally until it failed its MOT, no warning light as no Power…. BMW produced invoice highlighting faulty installation and no refund of install cost let alone repair cost.

We purchased a X700 camera kit for my in-laws vehicle as a Christmas present. So far we have been very happy with the operation and found the unit easy to install and operate.

Wish there was a minus star, this camera system is a "NO SHOW" when you need it most. Installed by BEST BUY and set to GO or so I thought. When it came to needing videos there were a videos, but none recent. Hard to download to iPhone at time of needing them most. PIECE OF CRAP

Don’t buy at Thinkwaredashware EU. You will receive fake DPD shipping details and the telephone call center never ever will answer your calls.

Non existent. Logged ticket and sent reminder three weeks ago, but nothing received back. Dashcam; Q800 pro does the basic ok, but non of the 'added features' e.g. cloud work, and this is why I paid over £300 for a dash cam. Plus standard micro SD cards do NOT work, you have to buy their proprietary cards, which obviously are expensive. Very poor VFM.

Very poor service, tried online customer service, and I was in que, typed the problem in with no answer. Also called and had to leave message. Note it has been 2 days no response.

I bought the thinkware dashcam F770,front and rear.I got it hard wired for the parking mode recording.
The big issue with adding these dashcams to your car is that it drains the battery.My car has starting alarming the battery is low and car engine needs starting. I have ended up switching off parking mode recording.
None of the reviews mention these issues.

I HAD A DASH CAM F770 FITTED BY THEM. MORNING INSTALL, GUT TURNED UP AT 3 AS IT WORKED BETTER FOR HIM TO GET TO THE PUB.KNOCKED OUT DAB. THEY SENT A SECOND GUY WHO SCRATCHED THE PASSENGER DOOR SILL. THIRD GUY AGREED IT WAS THERE FAULT AND REMOVED REAR CAMERA AS IT WONT WORK WITH DAB. BMW HAD MY CAR FOR 3 DAYS SO ANOTHER 2 MORNINGS I HAVE TO TAKE OFF. 18 HRS OF MY OWN TIME, 3 GALLONS OF FUEL TO HAVE A CAMERA INSTALLED AND NOT ONE PENNY OFFERED AS COMPENSATION. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMAPNY
