Everything worked out beautifully with the available dates, amazing proximity to beautiful beaches, great food and million dollar views. We would return tomorrow if circumstances permitted.

Hillside Apartment overlooking Oldtown Puerto Vallarta
The apartment was as shown in photos, spacious and nicely decorated. The deck had a wonderful view especially at night. The second deck was really not useable as it was open to the apartment building hallway.
The owner and management were fantastic, one service I highly recommend is to have them buy groceries head of check-in. It was much easier than trying to find a grocery store.

SEamless from pick up at the airport to Vista Encantada, our concierge - Elder (who was amazing), bellhops to room and all the way to leaving. OUr room was large and spacious, clean and the pools and dining were superb. We will be returning.

Starbright Cottage in Peebles
Starbright Cottage in Peebles, Scotland is beautifully appointed treasure. The stay was effortless. From driving directions to entry into the Cottage to living in a modern home was top notch. We walked 15 minutes from the Cottage to the center of Peebles. Such was the sense of history with the stone walls and single lane bridges. We experienced the pride and genuine friendliness the Scots have about their country and their culture.

Best Sarver Group Team award trip!
Best team reward trip! Our team, The Sarver Group in Lake Norman of Charlotte, NC wanted to celebrate our 2025 success with a vacation to Destin and upon arrival the home was even more stunning than we had anticipated! Being new construction with the latest updates and thoughtfully laid out to make us feel as comfortable as possible having 16 people together for a few nights! We hired an in home chef for 2 of the nights and one of the days we took a charter boat an caught our own Red Grouper and Mingo and was able to grill it that night to have the most amazing fish tacos! We loved all the amenities especially the pool and spa overlooking the canal that had gorgeous sunsets! Highly recommend! Thank you for providing a great home and Luxe experience for our team! 😃

Great concept and execution of home "swapping." Would love to see the higher end properties with a little more availability. I put numerous properties on watchlist and they almost never show up as available.
