World travel made easy
I've been using ThirdHome for a number of years. I started by trading a week of my yearly time share that I was unable to use for Thirdhome keys. I was amazed by the number of destinations around the world available to me with the keys. Also, the process for setting up and finalizing the trips is extremely easy. ThirdHome has now designated a personal representative who handles any issues I may have with great efficiency. I've been able to travel to destinations in the U.S. and abroad with ease that I had only dreamed of in the past. I highly recommend ThirdHome.

We are in our third year with Third Home and have found it to be one of our best decisions ever! The quality and quantity are what makes this club so appealing. We like the geographic footprint which provides us new places to explore using our existing ownership structure. The keyless options with us retired are fantastic!

Beachfront Bliss
We booked a three bedroom condo at the Crescent in Miramar Beach Florida for a week with our siblings and spouses (6 adults). The owners were very helpful and communicative as we prepared for our trip. Upon arrival, the property managers were excellent and the facilities were everything we hoped for and more. Great location with lots to do and wonderful restaurants as well as a beautiful beach.

The Cold Springs Ranch was Magical
The Cold Springs Ranch was Magical! Cristine was an outstanding host, doing everything she could to make us feel welcome and to help us make the most of our stay. The house itself was spectacular, more than you can ever wish for. With the best view of the stunning valley right at the dining table, we were mesmerized each morning as we watched the view while drinking our coffee. We had a great time exploring the area on hikes and watching the sunrise at Red Rock, and had good laughs playing horseshoe, table tennis, pool, and all other games. We were there for a work retreat, and they were fully equipped with big whiteboards for us to use as well. All in all, thank you Cristine! We can’t wait to return!

The suite was exactly as advertised
The suite was exactly as advertised, including the incredible view of the mountains. We had a small issue with the blinds in the bedroom and reached out to Phil the property manager and he responded right away and got everything fixed quickly. It was an excellent home base for our time hiking and skiing in the mountains.

Amazing Flora Farms Experience!
What an incredible experience we had at Flora Farms! We were warmly welcomed by Azalia and Jesus, who treated us like we were old family friends. The Pantry Stocking was absolutely wonderful and provided us with provisions for use throughout the week. We took the Tamale making class and the Salsa class - both fun and fantastic! Tip, don't eat breakfast or make dinner plans on cooking class days, You'll be so full! Yoga in the morning is not to be missed and the pickleball courts have everything you need - paddles and balls. The Spa was a welcome respite for a few relaxing afternoons. Flora Farms is a truly special place to unwind, connect with nature, and eat healthily.

The biggest issue was that this house…
The biggest issue was that this house had black mold in all the ductwork. Only one of the sliding doors would work throughout the house there’s four sliding doors. I took a lot of pictures of the mold. I would not recommend this house to continue to be with their home, it was nasty.
What’s the house was not marked outside very well. Had to walk the entire neighborhood to find The unit I am a 79-year-old handicap person.
The road getting to the place you was filled with pot holes By the way I was coughing uncontrollably the entire time I was in the house, in addition to all that there was no cable for TV Couldn’t get the TV to work at all.
