I recently got referred to a new job position in Germany. Amber Janko made the first contact via Linkedin and evaluated my strengths in an initial chat. She proposed some interesting jobs and also enabled communication to Max Davey​, a colleague of her, who proposed some more opportunities. Prior to Ulrich contacting me, I had not heard of Thrid Republic. Due to the many spamming, phishing emails and calls I had received from robots, other incompetent recruiters over the years I was naturally skeptical.

However after the first few minutes of talking I wondered how I have never heard of them before.

I've been working with 3rd Republic pretty much since they started up. I have used them to get placed in contracts as well as providing candidates. They are, and have always been, different to most traditional recruitment firms. Understanding their candidates skills and profiles, the open roles currently available and accurately matching the two together.
