Good Quality home charger. Fast delivery.

Charging cable was delivered quickly, well packaged and comes in a high quality padded bag. It is straightforward in use and it performs well. I have tried both the 10 and 13 amp settings, and using a newly installed EV-rated outdoor 13 amp socket the plug barely gets warm.

Received 20m type 2 cable within 3 days of order. It's still in the packaging as I've been refused permission to install the charger.

Fast delivery and a good quality product. I ordered an ex-demo charger but the condition is as-new. Product works well.

Brought a EV charger from them just over a year ago, unfortunately it went faulty a few days ago, a quick few emails & photos with third rock and they replaced under warranty. Usually businesses make you jump through hoops for warranty claims, not third rock. Cannot fault them one bit.

Type 2 Portable EV Charger 13A , UK 3 Pin Plug

Its very good. It is charging my Electric car Omoda E5 with 61kWh battery from 40% to 100% in about 14 hours for £5.60 giving me 260 miles total. It has got RCD protection and I got a separate fuse fitted with additional RCD. I only charge with 13A and it keeps adjusting itself from 9A to 13A while charging. I am getting just above 2.3kwph.

The only thing is that there is no YouTube video from Third Rock for how to operate this charger. It comes with a manual which is not very well explained.

I am happy with this Charger. No complaints.

Item ordered on Thursday, arrived next day Friday.
With the charger having the capability of various amp input rating, I was able to charge my vehicle on 16amp as this was the rating of cable to garage.
New 40amp supply cable has now been fitted and can charge using the 32amp setting.
The delay charge function is especially useful, as can charge during cheaper tariffs.
The overall savings compared to having an installed unit by another company must be in excess of £500.

We have had Several of the 3 Phase chargers now, Great product and they are so versatile & cost effective, delivery is quick so an all round 5 star from me.

Ordered a 3-pin 15m charger in the morning, delivered the following day. It appears well made. Having an older house, with old wiring, I tend to use it on the 8 amp setting - heat build up was a worry for me. There is absolutely zero (ok, probably not zero, but it's still cold to the touch) heat build up around the plug after 6 hours of charging. It provides around 1.8kW/h at this setting. I've not tried the other current settings so far for comparison.
