A disgusting company

A really vile, horrible organisation. I was sent the wrong product, but they refuse to collect the item and refund me. They also lied and said Amazon had displayed the wrong photos on their site - I found this to be complete rubbish but they won't respond when confronted with the facts.

They've been utterly foul in all dealings, Their attitude, after I chose to buy from them, has been disgusting. It's made me feel genuinely ill dealing with them, and 1 week on, I still have no refund.

Terrible company

My daughter ordered hoodie from this company and received a pair of track suit bottoms 5 emails and 3 weeks later we have just had a refund less the £7 postage we paid for next day delivery so it's cost me money for there mistake

Horrible

Crap company. I ordered on a Saturday with next day delivery. Now it is Thursday and I still haven't received my order. Tried to contact customer service several times over several days but still no reply. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this horrible store!

Consistent terrible service!

I regularly shop at Pulp online because affordable alternative clothing is so hard to find. Although I love the merchandise, the service is undoubtably the WORST I have ever experienced. I have been let down at least 4 times by them - at least 3 times I have been sent the wrong item and most recently I paid for next day delivery (£6.99 and the order was made 1.5 hours earlier than the cut off point) and the item did not come until 3 days later! Fabulous when you need it for an event! Also regardless of how much you spend you always have to pay £4.99 postage which infuriates me because my orders are always over £50 and usually over £100. Most other retailers offer free postage over £50 (often less).
The customer service is also terrible with no form of compensation offered and only a grudging apology (I have worked in retail for 17 years, management for 10 so I find this shocking).
I keep asking myself why I continue to shop here - if only I could find my favourite brands at such a good price elsewhere!
