I want to commend Thisnew for its excellent custom services. They offer customers a wide range of choices, allowing adjustments based on personal preferences, whether it's the fabric, style, or details. I purchase this and it was a great experience to purchase it but i told only one thing that you have to improve NIGHT LIGHT FUNCTION if possible give night time continuous ON SO that we see time at night without any difficulty otherwise product quality design functionality is OUTSTANDING!

A Disappointing Experience with THISNEW's Print on Demand Services
I have been a customer of THISNEW for over two years and have, until recently, been quite satisfied with their product selection and Print on Demand (POD) services. However, a recent incident involving a delay in order fulfillment has not only caused significant disruption to my business, but has also revealed an unsettling lack of customer service, accountability, and efficiency within THISNEW.
Earlier this year, I designated THISNEW as my main supplier for POD items, mainly due to their extensive product range which simplified the sourcing and design process for my apparel line. Unfortunately, financial constraints made it difficult for me to order samples of my new designs. However, I managed to place a sample order in May 2023, with high hopes of showcasing my new line to potential customers and retailers.
Fast forward to 1st of August 2023, three months later, and I'm still awaiting my order. This delay has been incredibly frustrating and has caused a detrimental loss of momentum for my business. The root cause appears to be a payment issue. I made my payment through PayPal, and although it was confirmed that THISNEW received the payment in their bank account by June, my order continued to show up as unpaid on their end.
Over the course of several weeks, I attempted to resolve this issue, contacting THISNEW multiple times through their chat window, only to be met with silence. Finally, in mid-July, I received confirmation from a chat representative named "Cassie" that they had, indeed, received my payment. Instead of an apology or any form of compensation for the delay and confusion, I received a casual message stating they would now be processing my order.
The lack of accountability, dismissive attitude, and nonchalant handling of this situation left me feeling both infuriated and powerless. When I communicated to them how their negligence had cost me potential sales and business growth, they failed to acknowledge the impact of their actions.
Today, I find myself in a disappointing position, having to start from scratch, seeking a new supplier who can offer a similar selection. Running an eCommerce business is challenging enough without having to deal with such setbacks.
To anyone considering using THISNEW's POD services, please be aware of my experience. I believed I was partnering with a reliable and efficient company, but their recent actions, or lack thereof, have shown a clear lack of respect for their customers and their businesses. Ultimately, THISNEW's unapologetic handling of my situation resulted in a damaging setback for my business and an absolute waste of my time and resources.

I am very happy with my customized swimsuit! It has no color difference. I had high expectations for the colors of the swimsuit because even the slightest color deviation can be quite off-putting. However, this swimsuit exceeded my expectations. The colors are vibrant and exactly as shown in the pictures. Whether indoors or outdoors, the colors look amazing in different lighting conditions, making me feel confident by the poolside. If I ever need to order a customized swimsuit again, I would not hesitate to choose this seller.

One of my main concerns revolves around the shipping issues I face when using ThisNew. Occasionally, I come across delays or even instances where my packages get lost during the delivery process. While ThisNew does offer compensation for such occurrences, it still significantly impacts my shopping experience in a negative way.

I recently bought several mouse pads from them, and I was pleasantly surprised by their fast delivery. However, one of the mouse pads had a minor flaw in its edge stitching. I hope they can address this issue in my future purchases. Overall, their delivery speed was impressive, but there is room for improvement in the quality control of their products.

ThisNew is one of the worst companies I have to deal with, they have loused up the first two orders, say it's my fault, do not issue any refund or apologize. Then they ignore you! I DONT RECCOMEND! STAY AWAY

I have noo words to describe the service of this company.
It is a complete joke. They charged me £8 for 12 days delivery. Delivered in 30 days and refuse to refund postage.
Order was a mess too. Image of final product have nothing close to the actual item received and on top of all mised color parts and wrong sizes.
They blantly refuse to refund anything or acknowledge their faults.
I wouldn't advice anyone to even look into their website as they will lure you with nice photos which are profoubdly misleading
