Took just short of a year for a small claim to settle (nail injury at work) the health check got cancelled twice and pushed back.I felt awkward at work with the amount of time took for the claim to progress despite the fact my company admitted liability instantly. I would probably choose a different solicitor if you are looking for a quicker outcome.
