The product was excellent, recived well before Valentines Day, However i returned a small pink out fit a week ago and had no correspondence from y'all since. The out fit was a small pink i sent back to return for a large grey outfit. My info : carl Lawson

The ordering was easy and delivered on time although it could have come quicker.
One small point is sizing I bought the pyjama set for my wife the shorts and gown are perfect but the vest top needs to be next size up to fit her boobs can u do a mix and max with your orders ?

Cute products but late delivery, took a couple weeks to get here which meant I couldn’t get it in time for Christmas.

Needed to exchange to a different size which meant the delivery time took longer, but customer support was helpful

The product advertised and the cheaply made product that was delivered are not even close to the same. The delivery date was extended twice, causing the product to arrive late. But worse yet is the quality of worksmanship, or the lack there of. It looks like it was made by a child to look like the advertisement. I will not give another dollar to Thread Clothing and definitely do not recommend it to anyone else either.

Bought some lounge wear for my partner for Christmas. Terrible quality. Cheap Chinese crap. Do not give them your money, I doubt I'll see mine again
