I ordered silicon foot grips and tracking says delivered in Canada no mention of city or street address. I received a reply 1st email and after that nothing. Website seems to be down today. DO NOT BUY from this company!!

BEWARE of Threadsking. Their money-back guarantee not honored!
Threadsking.com sells a number of consumer products. In late December, I bought the "silicon climbing non-slip shoe grip," a pair of rubber lattice-like mesh with steel cleats to put over your shoes for walking on ice. Their webpage is filled with icons and words that promise 60-day money back guarantee. After about the fourth day using these, I was on some hard ice and nine of the 10 the metals cleats came out and were lost on the path. In the past two weeks, I have asked numerous times for a refund without getting any response, except an offer to replace them, which I declined. They do not stand behind their money-back guarantee. BEWARE!
