Shannon was brilliant from the moment I walked into the shop. She was very courteous and helpful and polite and this made me feel really welcome. She was so very knowledgeable and professional at all times. Her knowledge of the product I wanted to buy was first class, this really put me at ease and helped me to make my final decision to go ahead and make the purchase. Also, her knowledge of the three system and how it would work for me was reassuring. An absolute asset to the three network.

Set up for a charity
The set was for a charity and came with challenges, but Naomi was very helpful and patiently worked it through, also the store manager Laura assisted. Would recommend them

A happy welcome at the Three shop
A happy welcome. All staff are patient and nothing seems to much trouble. It doesn't matter if your problem is big or small, the staff will try as much as possible to help
Lauren was fantastic, she achieved what 3 other phone shops couldn't solve. Amazing.
