Never open a business account

Never open a business account. I was going to buy a phone with a monthly payment plan. They told me it would be cheaper with a business account, but even though the phone payment was finished, they charged me an extra £300 and say they can't refund it. When I asked why, they said that's how it is when you buy a phone with a business account. Working with Three is my biggest regret.

Outstanding personal service

Outstanding personal service. I switched over from EE to 3 after many many years. Paul was very patient and set up my new phone and took time to explain the new set up. Nothing was yoo much trouble.

Brett was a fantastic help and sorted out a problem I had been struggling with for 3 months regarding a repayment.
Less than 24 hours it was resolved and I was paid in full.
