Came in pretty upset, my bill was sky high, I had no idea why, until one of your staff sat with me and explained everything.
Glenn was a massive help, he broke everything down for me, explained the bill perfect. He then found a way to make my plan cheaper, providing me with broadband and two cheaper Sims. Honestly I was over the moon.
He put a lot of care and attention into his interaction with me. I honestly felt like I was his only customer. He is a credit to three and if everyone else was like him then three would be number 1

Elisha and siria were incredible with their knowledge and customer services.
I had had a contract with a previous network provider for 15 years. I was able to move over to EE with ease.
All the different options were offered to me, and I felt able to move provider because of the support given.
Elisha was incredibly helpful in getting the best deal for me, understanding my , and even helping with transferring of numbers.

Very happy with my experience.
Glen was very knowledgeable about the product and the best offer for me. He talked me through the process and checked I understood each step as we went through. I felt that he understood what I was looking for in a tablet. Would definitely return for future products and would recommend to others.
