From the moment I walked in, Aqil was helpful, attentive and friendly! He listened to my current concerns with my old provider and was honest with his offers and plan options. I ended up switching seamlessly and would thoroughly recommend anyone to come here. Cliff the GM was also great and friendly. 5/5 stars!

After being greeted in a warm and friendly fashion, George listened carefully to an issue that I was having with signal strength in my house. He then spent a considerable time explaining the various things that he felt could be causing the problem. It was such a breath of fresh air to be treated in such a polite and patient manner. Conner and George at the Winchester branch were very helpful in understanding which devices meet my needs best, as well as taking the time to breakdown costs. They were calm and compassionate to me, which is hugely appreciated as a person with a disability. Best ever customer service
What a refreshing experience here today with Aqil, swiftly sorting out a new contract for me and adding my husband on, we came away paying so much less than we were with unlimited data and EU roaming. The man knows his stuff! Husband very happy that he's ditching O2 who he's been with for a decade with their poor coverage and an overpriced contract. Thanks Aqil, you rock.

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful
I popped in to ask about signal being down in my local area, and Connor Jack was very helpful in looking it up and explaining why I was having troubles, and when the issues would be resolved.
I also mentioned in passing that I was having troubles running out of data, and that I hadn’t been able to upgrade online. He set about to find me a new contract offer, at a really good price.
And offered advice on a few other issues which nobody had ever fully explained before.
Thank you so much for all the help, it really did make the whole experience faster and easier than ever!
