Absolute con artists

Absolute con artists. I'd paid in full for a car rental through Planet Rental who stated on their website that other than extras and maybe a refundable deposit there were no other charges. Arrived at LAX to be told we couldn't have the car unless we paid $800 in charges and then they had the audacity to give us a smaller car than we had paid for because we didn't "take the upgraded car" they wanted us to pay ANOTHER $800 for. I will never again use Thrifty or Planet Rental again. Shame I have to give them 1 star.
