Have brought several items including back pack and travel bags. Great quality durable material and very smart. The small travel bag is great for the gym.

Size not correct and are huge. Quality no better than an off the self pair of Rab but so much more expensive.

Great piece of clothing, quality & comfort

Bought a lightweight jacket for a trip to Iceland. Had my doubts about it, but I love it; it did the job. I didn't need to add any more layers 👍 great products, a little bit on the pricey side, but I will be back.

I have reviewed before, I have given 5 stars for the products, but customer service is shocking. The online return process is great as I've recently returned an item, but trying to a response from any of the team is shocking.

Awesome kit

I purchased 3 items for Thrudark, the products are great but the customer service is not so good. It’s been nearly 10 days and I’m still waiting to hear back from the Thrudark customer service team

Bought a pair of Engage Gloves last year for skiing trips. Good fit, waterproof and warm. Everything you could want in winter gloves. However, the wrist strap tore on this years excursions, probably should be the strongest part of the glove. Think im in a 2 year warranty period so hopefully OK.

Been in Thrudark since the start - first small problem i’ve seen in any of the gear ive bought.

The quality of the Spectral pack is, as normal, very good with handy sections including the RFID pocket.
I will be traveling around Asia soon, and this seems the right item for carrying important stuff. I will update my experience on my return.

Suddenly getting no response from customer service. What’s happening? Your customer service was spot on before.

This company have some great looking products and website, but their communication and customer service is shocking. Sent 4 emails now no response. This was besides earlier contact around 2 months ago to try and get some assistance and questions around discount. Took them about 5 weeks to respond. I have repeatedly asked for a refund as I have ordered two jackets now and the length of the arms do not fit, I do not want anything else and they have given me a credit, no response to emails, tried and tried before this review but have to be honest as its a real let down in way of communication.
