THS Concepts 

THS concepts were a cost effective solution to ongoing movement monitoring as part of a party wall award over a period of 9 months. They were helpful, professional and friendly. It was good to be able to use a local company and to support a small but expanding business. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I've used several providers of Measured Surveys & Topographic Site Plans for different projects prior to instructing architects / space planners, SE's etc. Tom and the team were straightforward to deal with, punctual and the DWGs of the Existing; Plans, Elevations & Sections all appear to be accurate and were returned in a reasonable timeframe.
I'll definitely use again.

At the 11th hour of our leasehold sale; the buyer's solicitor demanded a further lease plan for a Deed of Variation for our existing Lease. As a practising property lawyer, I knew the plan had to meet the Land Registry's very tight requirements as to scaling and location.

Having never had to commission this type of work and facing the possibility of losing our sale, I contacted Chris at THS Concepts after finding them on a internet search and explained what I wanted and it's urgency.

Within a few days the first draft was emailed to me and, once the freeholder had approved this, the land Registry compliant drawing was sent over on an easy printable A3 scale.

I used THS to do a building survey with floorplans for a property in London, I would highly recommend them. They kept me informed of progress and delivered exactly according to the agreed scope.

I had what I thought was a simple project, to lay out some car parking spaces on a plot of land I had bought. I tried 4 companies, 3 of whom wanted to undertake a full site survey at considerable expensive, despite my having accurate measurements of the site. THS Concepts understood my requirements, turned my measurements into drawings to Land Registry standard, and undertook revisions at the end of process when the plots were sold and the buyers wanted minor changes. The pricing is very reasonable. The customer service and turnaround time is excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend THS Concepts, who were a pleasure to deal with.
