Will never use it again!

Bought tickets for Liverpool - Watford.

We were promised the tickets delivered on Friday night or latest Saturday morning. They came just before midnight on Saturday, which made us very nervous. Absolutely no reason to deliver them that late. It only has customers worry.

Also it turned out that it wasn't tickets Ticket2.com sold us. It was someone else's season card. It was very inconvenient, that we suddenly to had return them to our hotel- we nearly missed our plane due to this.

It should be stated clearly, that you are buying someone's season card and you have to return it to your hotel.

Not only do you support illegal ticket sale, which is an offense, you also risk to miss your plane.

Will never ever buy from ticket2 again.

thanks for your feedback.

We always deliver the tickets on the day before game, almost never two days before the game.We can, in special cases, have the tickets delivered two days before the game but then we need to get this as a special request from the customer. We have not record of you asking for this.

The season cards is a pretty regular way to get tickets and there is nothing illegal about it. If it was then we couldn’t have sold the tickets to you.

Last point is that we could have organized for you to meet up a representant from the sales organizations directly after the game, and you could then have given back the cards in a less stressful way.
End of the day, it's all about communication so pls: if there is a next time for you to buy tickets from us pls email or call us so we can help you solve all issues in the best way possible. If we aren't aware of any issues then we can't help you solve them either.

Apart from the above we hope you enjoyed the fantastic 6-1 game for Liverpool.

The price

The price of the ticket in your service (200 eur) was outragious vs the real price (50 eur). 4 times more!

I have used your services 3 times before and the mark up never was this much.

We are only a marketing place for different sales organizations that are selling their tickets thru us, i.e. we don’t decide any prices. All we do is taking a 10% fee for the administration part which includes securing that you will get the right tickets delivered in a safe way.

The price of the ticket and what we get

We paid almost 300€ per ticket and when we got the tickets, the price in ticket was 56£. so the ticket price was over 3 times the real ticket price. And our sitting places were so deep under the shelter that we couldn't see the match very well. We expect to have a much better place will be the price of the ticket.

We are a market place for different sales organizations that sell their tickets thru us. As we know it you attended the Chelsea – Liverpool game, which is a very popular game and the sales organizations tend to sells those tickets for a bit higher price.
The only way to get those tickets for the price printed on the tickets is to be a full member off Chelsea football club and to have earned a lot of Chelsea member points (you get those points by going to see for example Chelsea´s u21 club matches, the lady’s matches and away matches in different cups) or be a season ticket holder.

What is more unfortunate is that you couldn’t see the game very well, and for that we are really sorry.
But except for the price everything else seem to be on the right foot.

Inadequate online feedback but good service!

Feedback online was slightly flawed but was offset by the fact that it was always possible to contact a service representative. An option for track and trace online would make the experience better. And would minimize uncertainty about ending up with no tickets. But it was a great match!

the tickets

the tickets costs 230€/ person and we have not seen NOTHING from our seats( due to roof and the seats be situated behind, in the last row!! ) What is your responsible to sell these tickets in this price!!
It was fans -side and all spectators standed all match as usually. despite of that you can sell these ticket to stupid people as me! notice, you cannot to guarantee the seats exactly before the match but the LAST and veeryyyy bad tickets. normally the tickets costs 23,5 pounds. business is ok for us and the price but WHY you selling these tickets!!

We are working with different sales organizations and it’s those companies who set the price on the tickets, what you pay to us is a service fee on 10%. That is why the price written on the ticket differs from what you have paid.

wrong ticket delivery address

I got an address from ticket2.com from where to get tickets at Barcelona. When we went to get the tickets those were not in that ticket Office. We then phoned to the seller and the seller said that the tickets were in a different location, totally different side of the city centre..Then we finally got tickets from this different location.

I bought three tickets for a football match in London. 690 euros. The match was postponed by 6 weeks and we had no possibility to arrange a new trip. Our money, all wasted.

Never, never again tickets from Ticket2.com. We paid 690 euros for three Arsenal-tickets. The match was postponed by six weeks, and they refused to give my money back (their "terms" says, that the customer should be aware, that the matches can be postponed by one / two days). In cases like us they should absolutely return money back to customers. The policy of selling tickets is very immoral and absolutely wrong.

Sens the game was played but in a later stage can’t we do any refund, not even the football clubs are making any refund when the game was changed. We understand that you are upset but the clubs are free to move a game and there is nothing that we can do.

Bought ticket for a weekend match. Match was cancelled and postponed to a Wednesday match 5 weeks later, not possible to cancel, not possible to sell.

This is a win win site for sellers and ticket2, and loose loose site for buyers, stay clear

Flawless service.

Everything went smoothly - a couple of days prior to the event I even got a phone call from the seller notifying me that the tickets would be delivered to my hotel on the specified date. Good service!

For all our tickets to Premier League games the sellers arrange deliveries directly to the hotel the day before or early on the game of the day. This is also the information that is found in the order confirmation email that is sent out when you buy a ticket from us.
In this case the tickets where delivered on the evening before the game since the game was quite early the following day.
