The service was excellent with prompt replies. Although the tickets arrived later than expected (as planned) and there was some confusion with the sales.com email, everything turned out great and we secured great tickets for a large group.

I ordered tickets for the Conference League final in Wrocław. I highly recommend them! Good communication, efficient service.

Sold two tickets via this website. They are very responsive when selling the tickets, but very slow at replying after tickets are sold. The Sale price of my tickets was also changed in their system after being sold to a higher price. (they charge seller 15%+ 3% fees, then I saw the priced changed on my listing after sale and they told me this was to include buyers fees and charges. Making decent slice of both buyer and seller. (Its business and needs to make money), Payment was supposed to be dispatched to my bank within 10-14 days of the tickets being sold/event. That time had expired and they initially refused to reply to email requests for updates until I posted a critical review on trust pilot . Seller beware.
Update :
email received from the sales team after seeing my review threatening to withhold payment until I took down my review. In clear breach of terms and conditions of selling tickets to them and attempt to bully and intimidate. I have replied for them to pay what they owe, nothing more and nothing less, as per agreed terms and conditions for selling tickets, and 3 hours later still no reply or payment. when buying my tickets they responded within a few minutes.
I do not expect anyone to be bullied or intimidated by companies withholding payments from customers, especially after they have held the cash in their accounts for over 14 days making interest after selling my tickets. I would never use this website again and go to another that doesn't treat customers this way.
Further update - terms and conditions state clearly on their website: payment will be made within 10-14 days after the event. now this slippery outfit saying 10-14 Working days. more attempts to delay paying clients.
Update 26 June. The outstanding amount has been paid this morning, but it took the pressure of critical reviews on a few review sites. Without the reviews, I feel that I would still be chasing my payment in the weeks to come. Customers can make their own opinions if they wish a similar experience. good luck.
in reply to the response, i have the screenshots from the site website, with both original price and the price changed on listing after the sale. I also have the screenshot of the website terms and conditions on seller page stating payment within 10-14 days of the event. NOT stating working days. by stating that you wont pay me for my tickets that you had been paid for by the buyer until I removed my review. That is a clear case of intimidation and bullying.

Prompt communication from sales team and seller I would definitely use this service again ,got me tickets to a hard sought after Celtic FC game ,seller was a genuine fan and true to his word met us 2 hours before kick off. Great service

I used this company for 3 tickets Celtic v Hearts. Yes tickets were expensive, but if you want to see a match, unfortunately, that's the price. When I ordered tickets I selected the option for them to be posted. However, I got worried when after a week this wasn't updated. I phoned the company Monday before the match, I was advised not to worry as I lived in Ireland I would collect tickets from venue. I was to be contacted regarding the collection. After numerous messages that were ignored to let them know I hadn't been contacted, I was thinking this was a scam. I still flew out Friday night with no info regarding tickets. Got bus from Edinburgh to Glasgow Saturday morn still no contact.
No reply to phone calls or emails. I found a different email address on my account to payments. I tried this and was told the seller messaged me on Friday. He didn't. They gave me a phone number for him which I messaged and yes thankfully he responded. I collected tickets 1 and half hour before match. I suppose its a case alls well that ends well!!! Great day but company really need to improve their communication.

I have used this company a few times now and never had any issues. I recently purchased some tickets for the Celtic vs Club Brugge champions league match in Glasgow for my son and friend who were travelling from Australia. Despite the poor weather impacting the original delivery plans, the tickets were received through alternative arrangements. Communication was always timely and accurate. Will certainly keep using them.

Our time at Chelsea vs Brentford was amazing. We had booked tickets for longside lower but then one of the staff mmembers messaged me and told us we could get an upgrade to Cannovile Suite. And the best part was that it was free of charge! People don't usually have opportunities like that so we accepted it. Our experience was amazing with pre-match food and snacks. Paid £125 for a ticket for hearts vs Celtic. Ticket didn’t work at all. Asked for a refund but just ignored

I’ve used Ticket4football for numerous games now. I went to the Euros in Germany with Scotland tickets from this site. I go to almost every Celtic match I want now. Champions league and old firm games. The overall prices are crazy but it’s a resale site of course the tickets won’t be cheap. Would recommend 100%. Never had an issue at the ground with my tickets.

If your worried about Tickets4fiitball being genuine then I can tell you they are. Got tickets for a Celtic game for my tickets no problem. I would use them again
