OVERPRICED TICKETS...UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE
Unreasonable and rude conduct!!! Absolutely terrible service. Impossible to get in touch with anyone, Finally when someone does return your emails they are rude and completely unhelpful.
I purchased tickets to a concert 5 months out and 10 days before the concert I was unable to attend the concert. I immediately contacted ticketblaster to be told they would "swap" my tickets to help me out.
I followed up every day to no avail only to find out a day before the event that they "couldn't help me". Waste of $300.
Please do not use them.........
OVERPRICED TICKETS....UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE
I paid over $550 for Green Day tickets …
I paid over $550 for Green Day tickets that I never received. They charged me p&h but then said they emailed the tickets?!? There's a chance that they went to my Junk mail but I never saw them. I went to the event on the night and bought the exact same tickets for $308. They are a scam set up beware.
Purchased AFL tickets
Purchased AFL tickets, I later found out I could have purchased much cheaper tickets from the venue
RIPPED OFF
Selected premium seats for the Adele concert for which we paid $500 each and were given level 3 nose bleed seats at Etihad Stadium
Will never buy from on sellers like this again. In fact I thought I was buying from Ticket Master and not Ticket Blaster
Ticketblaster - RIP OFF - cancelled tickets so they could resell at triple the price
Do not use this company - they cancel your tickets right before the event and resell for triple the price. Left with airfares and accommodation and NO tickets !
