Ticket Club is a membership site for tickets to concert, sports, and theater events. Members save money on tickets to the events they want to see, with low prices and no service fees. It's similar to Amazon Prime, Sam's Club, and Costco - except for tickets. We offer our members tickets without any additional service fees, which are added fees added on (typically at checkout) by almost every company in the industry. These fees constitute most of the profit of many ticketing sites, and can raise the price of tickets from anywhere from 10% to 30% or more. We don’t charge those fees, and the first price members see on our site for a ticket is the exact same price that the ticket will be at the end too. The only other charge (aside from the tickets) is for shipping, which is variable depending on the shipping method chosen. Our ticket prices are all at Club price, but you don’t need to be a member to see those - anyone can buy tickets from our site, members just don’t pay service fees.

Carolina Panthers Tickets
I purchased Carolina Panthers (NFL tickets) in June for an October game. I received the link to download the tickets same day and was able to save them to my Apple Wallet. We had zero issues receiving or using the tickets. When coupled with the stellar price we will definitely be purchasing tickets through Ticket Club again.

This membership is worthless!!! I have attempted to purchase tickets in 3 separate occasions. Each time the purchase appeared to go through. But then I got an email saying that there was a problem with the order. Unfortunately ticket club is now holding the funds from credit card and debit card that I have used so I don’t have access to those funds. This is very frustrating.

Second time's a charm!
When I didn't receive the tickets as expected, I contacted Ticket Club. While the first associate wasn't very helpful, I called back the next day and talked with Michael. He was great! He understood my anxiety and took ownership of the situtation, calling be back later that day when he saw that the tickets had been delivered. He stayed on the phone with me until I was able to view my tickets!

Beware Obstructed Views
I had an order that had zero indication there was an obstructed view on the tickets we purchased and, of course, there was an obstructed view. We could only see less than 1/3 of the stage from our seats, which were the worst seats I've ever had for a show. These tickets were a "Zone Deal" and I will never do that again, not do I recommend it.

I am extremely sick and purchased NFL tickets for my son and I as my "farewell" gift. I wanted the tickets in hand before the date of the event so if I was "not around any longer" on the date of the event my son would attend in my memory. Your company flatly refused to forward the tickets even though the $1200 paid was already debited from my bank.
