NO PAYMENT

Sold tickets in September and have yet to receive payment. You can't get anyone on the phone and they take a week or longer to respond to emails so even once they respond you have to wait again another week to hear back again. It's ridiculous.

Same issue as another customer who listed a review. I sold tickets using this “trusted reliable reseller”and have not received payment. There is no customer service line available to help address the issue either. I will not use the service again & I will make sure people know about this.

Using app to sell NFL tickets

Using app to sell NFL tickets, unable to drop the price on the app because it would not go past payment option. Cost me 200 bucks and just now called their number from email telling me my tickets did not sell and it does not work. They make millions in fees and can't get app to work on a updated android phone, most popular platform in the world. No customer service.

Nfl ticket exchanges keeps telling me…

Nfl ticket exchanges keeps telling me my money will come in 7-10 business days but it is now say 14. What is the problem ? I sold Titans falcons tickets a long time ago. The fame was on 8/13 and still no money . It is a joke that I can not get a phone call and get the same email reply over and over again saying the money is process in 7-10 business days and to email back if it is more than 10 days. Never had a problem before pre-Covid

This place is unbelievable

This place is unbelievable! They pose to be Ticketmaster and give you site credit but as crazy as this sounds, they give you credit to the purchase of future season tickets. XFL is bankrupt now so basically they kept all the money. Unbelievable....stick with stubhub, ebay or another reputable site....

Worse experience with tickets ever!!!! F-

Worse experience with tickets ever. Listed CFP tickets per LSU recommendation to sell tickets. Ticketmaster says Ticketexchange is another site. I have longed into all 3 sites and have no information on the sell of my tickets. Email says congratulations your tickets sold. Nothing more and no more emails. I email CFP and Ticketmaster to find out a new email for ticketexchange. See the following email.

Thank you for contacting us, I will be happy to assist with resolving the issue. I apologize that you have not received payment for the tickets you sold. Payment can generally take up to 7-10 business days for it to be finalized and paid out. Direct deposit is issued out on Monday and Wednesday nights and will not show up in your account until the following morning. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reply to this email.

Sincerely,
Austin

Stubhub had my money in my account in 3 days. And what the hell does Monday and Wednesday have to do with paying the money owed. I will never use Ticketmaster again. This is by far the stupidest thing I have ever been involved in.

NFL Ticket Exchange

Had my two tickets for Green Bay Packers vs Carolina Panthers, on November 10, 2019, stolen and resold on NFL Ticket Exchange. Two family members showed up for game, one denied entrance other was let in. Were told one ticket had already been used for entrance, later learned both were used. Contacted the Packers ticket office and was told the tickets (both) were sold by barcode through NFL Ticket Exchange. Called Ticketmaster on November 11, 2019 and spoke with Amanda in the Fraud Dept, confirmed the sell was by barcode and sent to a different account then mine. Told payment was stopped and money would be forwarded to me. 25 days later, contact Amanda, after 45 minutes on hold, told it would take 28 days for a refund. Still have not received (01/15/2020). In between 28 days and now, when I call I get one of two answers. One, Amanda's day off. Two, no one by the name of Amanda works here. Packers Ticket Office are no help or the NFL Ticket Office.

Hands down the worst experience of my life

So i sold tickets through ticket exchange, thinking it would be a straight forward process. Before listening my tickets they asked for my sort code and account number. The tickets were sold within a week, which was great for me! I then checked when i'd be paid, on the website it stated '10-12 working days' after the event. Baring in mind the event wasn't for another couple of weeks. Was happy to wait, got around to a week after the event and got an email to say the money was 'on its way' and would be sent to the bank account i provided (without listing any details). They told me it would be in my bank account within 3 working days. I checked my bank, nothing. Decided to wait 5 days, still nothing. I then waited over half an hour to get through to their ticket exchange staff who advised me they couldn't talk to me as i wasn't the card holder (the tickets were purchased on my account but on my friends card). So i then had to get my friend to ring (wait another half an hour) to authorize me on the account. Got through eventually and was told my sort code was incorrect and that i'd have to contact their finance department. After contacting their finance department they assured me they had the 'correct' details and it should have been processed to me and the payment has gone through. I asked them to check a few times as wondered why the customer service staff would have lied. I then had to go back and forth 3 times for them finally to say that they did hold the incorrect sort code and that they'd send it to my correct bank 'IF' it ever came back. I then finally contacted their complaints team around half an hour after doing so i received an email saying that my payment bounced back and would be with me in another 10 working days. It's almost been a month since the event and won't have my money now until after Christmas. The amount of stress i've gone through with selling these tickets has not been worth any amount of money. I'll never use this service again, sell your ticket independently or on another ticket website!

the absolute worst customer service…

the absolute worst customer service experience if my existence. To start off, they tell you an estimated wait time which you can just go ahead and triple. Then the customer service agent after 2 hours finally picks up and with zero compassion "what can I do for you?" You tell em you gotta find your account number and all that and they sigh so loudly into the phone. Scumbags.

Buyer Beware

I bought tickets through NFL Ticket Exchange for the AFC Championship Game. Once we got to our seats, the season ticket holder who owned the seats was sitting there. He refused to leave. Apparently, his pass still worked to get into the game even though we had purchased the tickets that were "100% verified". I went to ticket services, they verified my seats, and had security remove the season ticket holders from our seats. There were 4 couples in line behind me at ticket services who had the exact same situation as me who also had purchased their tickets through NFL Ticket Exchange. We ended up missing half the game. Ticketmaster was unwilling to do anything even though they supposedly had people at Arrowhead looking at video footage from the game. My credit card would not dispute this since it was for services rendered and we had already attended the game. Thankfully, we purchased our tickets through PayPal so we were able to dispute through them. With so many other options available, I would HIGHLY recommend not to take the risk buying tickets from this company.

I spent all day chasing ticketmaster…

I spent all day chasing ticketmaster customer service in regard of ticket exchange. They wanted me to send a ticket I dont have anymore via Royal Mail Special delivery. Original ticket which was sold on ticketexchange was download ticket and I never recited it. After technical glitches as explained by customer service, only after third attempt I got the ticket that they wanted me to send back to them. No conformation they have it yet. The experience is all very complicated, disappointing and a complete waste of time. As bad as viagogo!!!!

I need to vent to the NFL Ticket…

I need to vent to the NFL Ticket Exchange, Ticketmaster and the Kansas City Chiefs regarding the payment procedures for tickets sold on the NFL Ticket Exchange. Our tickets to the Kansas City Chiefs/New England Patriots January 20 game were sold on the NFL Ticket Exchange on January 14. If the correct procedures had been followed then we should have received our money by now (January 17). But NO we are STILL waiting for the NFL Ticket Exchange, Ticketmaster and the Kansas City Chiefs to get our money to us. Within the past 10 minutes we have gotten 2 different stories on payouts from the NFL Ticket Exchange. The first one was that payouts are on Monday and Wednesday. Our tickets sold on Monday the 14th and according to the payout schedule we were quoted by NFL Ticket Exchange they pay out on Mondays and Wednesdays. By that standard we should have been paid on Wednesday the 16. They had no answer when we questioned that procedure. The next phone call we were given the statement that all payouts for playoff games and championship games are completed AFTER the game has taken place. Why? They think the game won't take place?
We are seriously considering a formal complaint and/or lawsuit against these entities for their terrible customer service, lack of professional courtesy and just a general runaround regarding this issue. We have made phone call after phone call to BOTH the Kansas City Chiefs as well as the NFL Ticket Exchange and have been repeatedly assured that the money was being processed and we would "have it any day now". Great service...what a joke!!!!!

Haven’t paid my thickets after 5 months.

Sold NFL thickets through them in August and 5 months later they haven’t paid me.

Have talked to there customer service about 10-12 tines and everytime i call they assure me that the check is on the way and to wait 15 days for it. As it turns out every 15-20 days in calling then again.

Have even talked directly to customer service supervisor Tamara Shedd who again promised to fix the issue the following week which of course she didn’t and now won’t even answer the phone.

Really impressed by there lack of customer service.

How difficult is it to mail a check?

Look elsewhere for ticket resale, just a complete bad experience. Won’t use there service ever again.

never got my emailed ticket from Ticket Exchange

First i called and and ordered by ticket and never recieved my emailed ticket or sent to my app on my phone. In two days i had to call this company 5 times and wait at least 30 minutes to get a rep and each time they told the same thing...that they had to send an email to try and get my ticket released. Finally here i am driving to the Falcons stadium without a ticket and being told there is no refund. I wasted so much time with this company. If you don't have the ticket you should not sell it. I had to go to the ticketmaster office and go through a bunch of hassle to get my ticket. I will never use this company again. They charge you a service charge but give you no customer service when there is a problem. They couldn't even call the company that had my ticket and find out why my ticket wasn't being sent out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...BEWARE!!!!!

Angry customer

coming Sunday. I called and I'm not able to change seats even though the original 3 tickets were sold by the same person. I also cannot get a refund. They should clarify on their site how seats are distributed. Not happy!!!!! They make a lot of money with their outrageous fees and can't help me ... Wow! In addition, I am asked by their staff, "did you call before placing the order?" I said "no" and the response "that was your fault". This will be the last time I use their service.
