All worked out in the end
Site returned a time out error right after payment, leaving the impression that the transaction failed.
So I ordered again the tickets, only to find out that the first order has also been processed and payment performed.
I wrote a message to support explaining what happened and got reimbursed a couple of days later, for the unnecessary ticket.

Awful customer care
Have to have a 'legitimate' reason for not being able to attend dates for 2021 & 2022 festivals in order to get a refund, and cannot request a refund until mid September! So customers have to do without their own money for at least another 5 months.
