Everything went fine! Amazing concert

I purchased last minute tickets off the waiting list for the Gracie Abrams concert on 28 Feb through Ticketmaster. This concert ended up being cancelled less than 24 hours later after I was able to purchase these tickets of the waiting list. Gracie announced this before the venue Forest National did. I have not received any communication at all from Ticketmaster since then.

In booking the tickets, a floor plan was provided and used to select seats, but in reality the stage seemed further away. For theaters as the Cirque Royale, a photo from the true situation might be helpful to better judge the location of the seats and the distance to the stage

I bought tickets for a concert in Luxemburg because there weren't at that time tickets available for the concert in Brussels, where I live.
Now I hear and see that there are tickets available for the concert in Brussels.
I was misinformed by Ticketmaster, the ticketing platform. I therefore asked the exchange of the tickets. Ticketmaster refuse the exchange, pretexting that they can't do it because the concert takes place in 2 different venues. I am very unsatisfied. Ticketmaster, selling the tickets for both events, in Luxemburg and Brussels, should take their responsibilities due the wrong information on heir platform.

Can't order, it thinks I am making automated purchases...for 3 years in a row now, and also my friends complain about getting their accounts blocked. Have no problems with other sites (even ticket sellers). Useless site.

It was an awesome concert!
The Gypsy Kings are a formidable band! Their concert was an epic of a concert!

I would like to get a reply, because I don't understand what happened yesterday.

We bought 4 tickets in January, together with another couple. And ofcourse we have shared the tickes (aperently we transfer the tickets to them), this other couple generated a PDF, and we were all good.

When we arrive the QR code does not work, there was a clerk with ticketmaster uniforme that could not help, and did not seam to care, so for this clerk the solution would be not to atend the show.

Fortunantly another person came, checked our order in the app and put a stamp in our hands, so we could just on time get in the show.

What was supposed to be a relaxed night started in a very stressfull way, without any commitment from the ticketmaster cleck, and for sure was not a digital process.

Waiting for your feedback, useless to say that I will not take the risk to use your services again.

Butterbeer at the end is overpriced and very very sugarish.

My passwords never worked and I always had to reset. This is the worst experience in the modern day, clearly something had changed. This creates stress when you want to access your tickets easily.
