Absolutely great
Absolutely great. My daughter lost 2 concert tickets and we thought we would have to write off this money. We contacted Ticketmaster and explained our problem. The help we got there was incredible. We just had to confirm by oath that we had lost the tickets and did not sold them or passed them on. A short time later we received the replacement tickets. Thank you very much for the very nice support and help.

American buying tickets
At first I was nervous about purchasing my tickets through the website. I’m an American living in Japan trying to attend A festival in Switzerland. I also only speak English. Through the whole process customer support has been very helpful. I’ve been traveling and I’ve been responding randomly whenever I could to their emails. We finally got everything situated.

I was unable to reserve my ticket on Thursday (Oct 3) night. I tried on several device and got an error after entering the "FANNUC" discount code.
I tried the day after (Fri Oct 4) without issues.
