I felt that getting into the venue took rather a long time. We waited at least 30 minutes at the EAST gate. I am aware that checking everyone , searching bags etc does take time but there should be so... See more

The concert itself was fantastic all artist performance was truly crowd pleasing.
The huge downfall was the lack of accessible toilet facilities, 3 toilets with a crowd of 35,000 was completely unacceptable.
Being a service user for accessible toilets I was mocked by other in the queue as my disability ‘isn’t visible’ the staff manning this particular queue were not trained or had sheer lack of empathy.
I was left humiliated by staff and other concert attendees.
The person who called me not disabled then was allowed to bypass other people (some with ‘visible’ disabilities’ to use the toilet with 4 friends.
This did dappen the whole night as I had to restrict my water intake for fear of needing the toilet. Please don’t use banners to stay hydrated if your not providing enough accessible facility’s and staff to Mann them.

CONCERT = 10/10 PARKING = 4/10
Michael Buble concert was excellent but guidance to the relevant parking area left a bit to be desired. There either weren’t enough parking attendants or some attendants weren’t proactive in giving correct directions and information.
I went to see Snow Patrol at Crystal Palace and the VIP experience was very poor
I went to see Snow Patrol at Crystal Palace Park and booked the VIP experience, which was anything but. The concert was great, but the 'VIP' experience was just a separate area to buy drinks (and a small selection of food) with some shaded seating area and better toilets, although this area closed an hour before the concert was finished, hence the toilets were not accessible anymore. Also, the 'VIP' area was located to the side of the main arena and required a long walk back away from the stage to get to the main arena, to then watch the concert from a long distance from the stage at the back of the crowd. So overall the 'VIP' tickets were worse than general admission.
The whole experience was incredible
The whole experience was incredible!
Taking a wheelchair anywhere is no mean feat these days but the whole system and staff at Blackweir were amazing! Nothing was to much trouble for anyone who helped us!
Nice big area for people with all different types of disabilities no one was excluded, toilets were super close and clean, food and drink were ordered to you so you didn’t have to leave the designated area, and the accessible buggy service to and from the venue was just the cherry on top!
The staff were all incredibly helpful, everyone was friendly and happy to assist in anyway possible they really seemed like they were enjoying their night as much as we were!
All of the acts were amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic! Pitbull smashed it out the park once again!
We will 100% be returning to a concert at Blackweir, 10/10!!
Event staff were superstars!
I would like to personally thank the event and security staff for helping me and my partner. We are disabled and we were told we had to walk to the access area from the main entrance which was a very long walk up a slope, however whilst on route event staff in a buggy told us to get in and gave us a lift, and then the head of events arranged for us to get a lift back after the gig. We were treated with dignity and respect, being disabled individuals with invisible disabilities we are often dismissed and discriminated against.
I would like to thank access staff manager Emma, who was in charge of looking after the access stage, she was so lovely and kind and the security guard kept coming over and asking everyone if they were ok, he was lovely and we had a little chat and sing song together :)
I would also like to point out that the view from the access stage was brilliant, normally they are miles away from the main stage, so this was a brucie bonus!
Thank you so much,
Lucy and Hazel xx
Gig was great but venue would have been…
Gig was great but venue would have been better if there were toilets and/or a bar closer to the stage. As a solo attendee i drastically reduced my spending as i couldn’t get through the crowd to those facilities
Great setting but feel short changed with a 75 min headline set
A beautiful evening at a beautiful location but for me, the stage seemed to be set a lot lower than it has been at past Nocturn events at Blenheim so although I was about midway I couldn’t see much especially when folks inevitably stand up. I was also disappointed that Michael Buble was on stage for only 75 mins which given the price of the tickets I thought we were being a bit short changed.
On a positive note, the facilities were excellent, the staff super friendly and helpful and the event was well organised on the night.
Complaint - I am requesting a refund for my tickets…
I am requesting a refund for my tickets to Lewis Capaldi at Roundhay Park on 4 July 2026.
Lewis Capaldi was due to perform at 8:50 pm but did not come on stage until approximately 9:00 pm. We remained in our allocated area on the upper right-hand side of the slope, but the sound quality was so poor that we couldn’t hear the performance it was like he was underwater!
The issue was not isolated to us. Hundreds of people around us were making the same complaint, and many left at the same time because they were unable to hear the concert properly. We eventually left at approximately 9:35 pm because it was impossible to enjoy the performance and we were so upset.
We paid to attend a live concert but were unable to experience it as intended due to what appeared to be significant sound issues affecting our section of the audience. I therefore believe the service provided did not meet a reasonable standard and would appreciate a full refund, or appropriate compensation, for the tickets.
This was meant to be a special occasion for me and my partner. We live in Derbyshire so also had to pay to stay on a which was £200 plus £24 to park at the hotel plus £42 to park at roundhay. This was a very expensive and what should she been a fun night.
Blenheim Palace music festival
The venue was great, weather was great, Buble was on form, the only issue was the poor stewarding in trying to get people to sit down, they basically just gave up on the front block so everyone behind ( who did obey the Stewards) had restricted viewing)
Great experience with Ticketmaster…
Great experience with Ticketmaster after getting tickets to Alanis Morrissette at Crystal Palace. Great communication, regular updates and information provided without having to search for it. Had to sell a ticket when one of the group had to cancel. LOVED how easy the resale process is. The ticket sold within 5 minutes and I am delighted at the rule of only selling for max face value. Means someone else got a last minute ticket without worrying about getting scammed or being at the mercy of scalpers prices. Hope they had as an amazing time as we did.
Great venue
Great venue. Deacon Blue were brilliant, hope they come back to this venue again. Queues for bar and toilets ran through quick so short waiting times. Loved it.
