The Premier Experience
The buzz on arriving at the theatre was fantastic. The entry wow factor with the signage and the colossally brilliant devilishly huge & sultry red shoe a jaw dropper! The experience ten out of ten. The doorman on mezanine entry a gem. The only minus was no time limit on people over photographing them selves at the DWP2 signs not allowing others to participate. Thats all
The Lion King experience
The Lion King experience lived up to all expectations. The puppetry was amazing and added to the charm of the storyline. The actors, costumes and staging couldn’t have been better.
The Capital theatre is well positioned to get to by public transport. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Simple, easy to arrange show booking and tickets. Everything from the booking right up to our attendance at the show worked smoothly.
Given constant reminders
Bought the tickets 6 months ago but as my show approached I was reminded with both email and texts and encouraged to download my tickets. There was no way I could have forgotten to attend as Ticketmaster kept me constantly updated.
Beautiful venue, poor customer service
The red carpet set up and venue (State Theatre) was beautiful. However, it wasn’t organised (people are confused if they can simply walk in to take photos or if we need to line up, or if the line on the left is simply to go inside or can we walk past the red carpet set up on the right to go inside). This is fine, however, what annoys me is when I asked one of the team members (tall Caucasian male who looks quite matured), he responded in a sarcastic tone (“oh you’re confused?” — and other sarcastic response — and didn’t even answer my question directly). The other team members were not friendly as well. Further, there weren’t any goodie bag on our chairs, which was advertised to be included in the ticket. Please inform your team members to be friendly and communicate properly. And to ensure that clients get what they paid for/what was advertised.
Great night out
Everything went smoothly. As 4 of us went to the show we received a nice bonus discount on our tickets. We had great seats. Food and beverage worked well. Plus, of course it was a great show!
Absolutely the best show I have ever…
Absolutely the best show I have ever seen. The staff and volunteers were amazing, taking photos for us with the props and helping with questions.
The venue was spectacular.Even though it rained for the last 15 mins the show continued and did not spoil our night.
I want to be able to choose my seat for Dockers Games
I want to be able to choose my seat like other Dockers Members. As a 3 game member I do not get to choose my seat. I have been a Dockers member for many years and I am sick of being treated like a second class citizen by Ticketmaster.
Too many tickets sold
Too many tickets sold. We arrived one hour before the game and had so much trouble trying to find a spot to even stand. Could not see most of the game. Security had to constantly tell people to move/sit down even though they had nowhere to go. Never again!
Fantastic and up to date responses all the way
Very prompt and efficient and even reminders on the day before to ensure we do not forget the event. One of the best ticket experiences.
The booking procedure was not all that easy. And we would have liked to have the tickets that could be scanned at the theatre instead of having to use the phone.
