I just thought the whole show from start to finish was excellent, vibrant, colourful costumes,there was so much going on around the theatre, in the aisles and on the stage, the singing, dancing, puppetry from the whole cast was fantastic….clever script, the humour, brought a smile to your face throughout the whole show…

Not sure if this feedback falls within your area of responsibility but whilst the venue is a great theatre, it did feel stuffy 30-40mins in - I heard a few people comment similarly. A little more ventilation...or managing temperature setting might assist. Otherwise very happy and enjoyed the show being a long term fan of Carl.

This night was the best experience ever, from the welcome to country and singing the national anthem to the fire works and laser light show. It was all 5 out of 5. The game itself was exciting and breathtaking. I loved every minute.

Purchasing tickets is straightforward. Unfortunately when storing them in the Apple wallet, the tickets do not store with the bar code. So the Ticketmaster app needs to be accessed for gaining admission to the event.

Palais theatre is amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Can never get the ticketmaster app to work anymore. Always have to find tickets through email or the website.

Second year at sandstone and wouldn't want to be anywhere else
This is my second year and I hope there is a third, every year the line up is hand picked and extraodinary. You almost wish it was longer but too tired from dancing. Great venue too... sandstone is the business!!
Very difficult platform and customer…
Very difficult platform and customer experience overall. Purchasing the tickets and associated dining package was quite frustrating due to repeated system errors occurring at checkout. After approximately 45 minutes of attempting the transaction, I was only able to successfully purchase the show tickets, while the dining package continued to fail without any clear explanation.
The refund process itself appeared smooth and reasonably quick, although the funds have not yet reached my account. Hopefully there are no further issues there.
One major improvement would be better communication within the platform itself. If packages are exhausted or unavailable, customers should be clearly notified rather than repeatedly encountering generic checkout errors without understanding the cause. The platform was not particularly intuitive in this regard and created unnecessary confusion and stress during the booking process.

We got front row in front of stage,very good seats. We were celebrating my Granddaughter 7th birthday on the day,it was her and her older brother first time going to a stage play,they both enjoyed it. It was very easy to get the theatre by train and light rail stopping just outside the theatre. The booking process was so easy to buy tickets. Very friendly staff too.

Last minute communication about line-up…
Last minute communication about line-up changes is dodgy.
I have had this happen for the last two events I have bought tickets for. I can't help but think they use big names to get you to purchase tickets, but then communicate changes at the last minute when people have made plans and it is too late to change them. Promoters also play a role in this no doubt. But, how unethical and just really poor customer service because you have a monopoly on the game. Shame on the CEO.

It’s the last time we will ever attend after going to these for more than 10 years.
Everything is ridiculously overpriced, there’s no food I can eat because of allergies and I can’t bring in own food.
Now can’t bring in ice after 10 years even though it didn’t appear on your list of prohibited items.
Second concert in a row where the toilets are not useable. Last time was no toilet paper, this time they were out of water.
It’s just plain greed and we won’t support it any longer and given the lack of numbers, seems others aren’t either.
Artists were very average, sound needed adjusting, can’t even see the band anyway so just sitting there being ripped off.
Environmentally irresponsible forcing people to buy plastic bags for ice that all end up in landfill. It’s all about $$$$$$$$$$$$
We are proudly done with these so remove me from all mailing lists.

Great bands, great venue. Only issue was lack of healthier food options
Difficult to get in contact with customer service
Ticketmaster is incredibly frustrating when you have an issue or question and cannot resolve it through their online methods.
I purchased a concert ticket and a parking pass for the event as a gift for my parents and spent hours trying to get in contact with someone to confirm what they needed to use the parking pass, I eventually got assistance a few days before the event only for the parking to be cancelled anyway due to the weather. It was a very frustrating experience.
