I loved the venue, the staff was lovely (especially the girls in the merch stand) and helpful and the whole experience was amazing overall.

LITERALLY LOST GOLDEN TICKETS FOR THE BLACKPINK 2025 WORLD TOUR CAUSE THE WEBSITE DIDNT ACCEPT MY CARDS. I TRIED WITH 8 DIFFERENT CARDS. AND IT KEPT ON SAYING THAT THE CARD DATA DID NOT PASS THE VALIDATION CHECKS. WASTE OF ENERGY AND TIME. WAITED 2 HOURS FOR THE TICKETS JUST NOT TO BUY THEM.

I had to get an OTP once I requested a new password but unfortunately didn’t use that number anymore. Within a few hours Teresa sorted it all out for me!

I was having trouble with my courier, who had not informed me about which delivery company they had given my tickets to in my country. Thus I had not been able to pick up my tickets and they were being sent back to Italy. I reached out to Ticketmaster Italy and they were able to inform me about the delivery company, and as such I could contact them and was able to retrieve my tickets. I was really happy with the level of contact and support from Ticketmaster Italy, as I was also in contact with several other companies during this ordeal and they were the only ones I felt has acted right.

First time at Fabrique and it went well.
Didn't have to wait too long and the gif itself was amazing. Maybe just the sound bars that should be a tad less found because when you're standing very close to the stage, it's very loud and I didn't like feeling like I was losing hearing.

They deny access to my account despite having my email, password, order PDF, and proof of purchase. They demand unnecessary personal information, violating privacy. They ignore support tickets. They are deceitful about the terms of service, which they do not uphold.

Ticketmaster IT cancelled a concert but not refund money. After couple of complains I got confirmation that money will be refund in 10 days.
Importunately it was gain only empty statement. It's now it is 3 months after concert cancellation and money are not refund.

There is no phone number for support and to write email to fan.support...ticketmaster.it is absolutely useless. You get ticket ID and that's it.

Ticketmaster Italy do not respond to the online form and there is no telephone number. In the same period I spoke by telephone to Ticketmaster in Sweden and the guys in Germany respond very quickly by email. You'd hope an international company would force them to do better.
Typical Italian way of doing things - USELESS.

Purchasing the tickets was easy at Ticketmaster.it (I speak a little Italian which was a great advantage.)
However the information I received before the event (three times) advising to use the public transport saying there would be increased service was false. In fact the Milano M1 metro line was closed by the time the concert finished without any alternative to substitute it.

The concert was amazing. But there should have been more bars. The beer Washington expensive and hard to get. We stayed in line for a minimum of 20 minutes every time. But the rest was amazing: concert and location.

It was an awesome experience, Metallica the best, that's it. Organization of the event was actually really good taking into account how many people were there.

the place was so dirty and dusty. they did not cover the ground so dust was every where.
