Payment taken but no ticket received, no response from Customer Service
I purchased a ticket on January 7th, 2026 via TicketOne.it and was charged via PayPal, but never received the ticket nor a confirmation email.
I contacted TicketOne twice through their official contact form and received no reply at all, not even an acknowledgment. (despite their reply to my review, nothing happened)
So far, I have paid for a ticket I do not have, with zero customer support. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent International Assistance in Spanish
The customer service representative went above and beyond via an international call and provided service in Spanish. He was very polite and stayed with me at all times guiding every step during the call until my account was adequately validated.
The issue was solved and I was able to purchase the tickets I wanted for my upcoming trip, even when I live in Puerto Rico.

Do not get tickets through Ticketone. It just doesn't work. I bought tickets for a game in Napoli the day before the game and paid about 225 euros.
I never got the electronic tickets (QR code). I have missed the first 30 minutes of the game, and I only got into the stadium after I talked to the manager of the stadium stewards.

Greedy company and bad service
We had tickets to visit the ruins of Pompeii, but we couldn't make it due to the railway strikes and decided to go the next day instead. They were unwilling to change our ticket and we had to buy new ones. This is no doubt in their terms, but it is greedy nonetheless. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
RESONSE TO REPLY: Yeah I already mentioned that didn't I? What I am criticizing is your lack of flexibility to help out a customer who faces an issue. If it was a onetime event like a concert I would get it, but common it's to ruins that were still there the next day.

Refunds Blocked
An event was postponed 2 weeks ago. Aida at Tindari on 27 July. I bought 4 tickets. Our 2 guests could not make the revised date. I have tried for 2 weeks to get the refund of 60 euros. Today 10 August is the last date but the refund is still blocked. This is unacceptable.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. I purchased 2 tickets for a John Legend concert in Naples Italy that was cancelled because John Legend never accepted the booking. It was impossibile to reach customer service and once I was finally able to contact them they said it was after the reimboursement date.
