Bought tickets as a gift for my parents for a concert in Firenze. The concert was postponed and since my parent were there already ( they dont live in Italy) , they couldnt stay there more days to attend the concert. So I tried to get a refund for the tickets but first of all it kept showing that the Iban or Swift was incorrect which in fact was correct and that was the same card I used to buy the tickets in first place. And i kept sending them email since couldnt reach the call center and only got a first reply and after asked them to help me with the Iban thing they didnt answer back and now the refund application has expired and now the gift is ruined and the money is gone! Never buying from them again and wont recommend it to anyone!!!!

Hi, my partner and I were denied entry to Travis Scott’s concert in Milan last night. They looked at our tickets, didn’t scan them. Then we got to the security at the gate, they said they weren’t letting people in due to capacity. I emailed ticketone for support with a refund, and they told me to contact the event organizer. This doesn’t make sense because my money went straight to them. I don’t want to have to go through hoops for a rightful refund, I am hoping someone can help me out.

Updated review. Was promised a call back; didn’t happen. Tried about 10 times to have phone number verified. Just doesn’t happen. Now going to but tickets elsewhere. 0/10. Just a nightmare of a site.

Absolute nightmare of a website. It’s impossible to verify a phone number. Wasted hours trying to create an account in order to buy tickets. Sent a message but reply was in Italian. Sent a second message, same result. Impossible to translate message response. Worst website I’ve ever used.

Impossible to verify phone number and they have the worst in the world bot detection, im not a bot obviously.

Paid 3 times the price! Not correct people

I ran into a problem during checkout because the verification code (OTP) wouldn't send to my non-Italian phone number. However, the customer service team was fantastic! They called me within a day and helped me resolve the issue so I could complete my purchase.

Even though the call was late, their customer support was good and straight to the point!(At Least for english)

Spent 3 hours trying to verify account with no success. Their system is broken and customer service is non-existent. Ended up using a reseller.

Before I purchased the ticket I read all the reviews and was very concern if I should even order the ticket there but for my big suprised I was wrong.
Yes it wasn't easy for foreigner to do it as they need to confirm your mobile phone (which want Italian) in my case but kindly I managed to speak with someone over the phone and the gentleman went with me step by step and I GOT the ticket I wanted, came by post very fast, no problem.
I am so so happy and can recommend this website. It works for me 😁

Lousy customer service, never again! Its impossible to speak to anyone there if you’re calling from outside Italy, their whole system is designed to frustrate the customer by ensuring that you spend hours on the line getting absolutely nowhere. Avoid these people like the plague, you’ll get an audience with the Pope in less time than it takes to get someone to speak to.

Absolutely amazing. I had a problem getting Six Nation tickets, with the mobile phone verification. Emailed a couple of times and a man from Italy phoned me. That is excellent service. TicketOne could sort this issue which would be good.

I purchased a my Pompeii card and received the receipt via email. There seems to be no way of contacting this company unless via email, when emailing I advised that I was going to Pompeii and where do I collect the card from. I received a response asking for the order number etc. I responded with all the information and they responded with how to purchase the card from after 12th July 2024??
I've already purchased and paid for the cards (X2) in full, nowhere on the site advises after 12th July 2024. I've emailed again to yet I've received no response. I'm starting to think this company is a scam I'll be contacting my bank.

I've been trying to buy 2 tickets for the concert in Alghero. I am Slovak with Slovak mobile phone number. At check out I never get the confirmation sms code. It is impossible to find an email help contact, call center number doesn't work, contact form requires the number of order which I don't jave since it is not possible to order... what can I do to get the help?

Had tickets for evening tennis matches in Rome but the rain had other ideas. The refund of these tickets was professional and quick and all done without me having to do a thing….very impressive and I would not hesitate to use the services of TicketOne.it in the future
