Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Tickets-Center.com is very misleading, their website looked like an official team site, but it’s just a third-party reseller. I ended up paying nearly THREE TIMES the normal price without realizing it.
They offer NO refunds, so once you buy, you’re stuck. You will not be able to talk to a human either, there is zero customer support.
Highly recommend avoiding this company.
Lesson learned, always double-check you’re on the official site before purchasing.

I received a text message to purchase…
I received a text message to purchase tickets today before the price goes up on April 15th. I thought I was dealing with Ticketmaster, but was not! I paid double the price for my tickets when I checked the ticket prices on April 15th. They will not issue a refund and couldn't verify if my tickets would even work at the event. I'm disputing the charge with my bank. Based on all the bad reviews I'm sure my bank has heard of them. Places like this need to be shut down and stop taking advantage of people!

Ticket Center is a rip off
Ticket Center is a rip off, spoofing the main venue with micro lettering stating they are secondary sellers. They sell tickets for twice the price of Ticketmaster AND THEN TRANSFER YOU TO TICKETMASTER TO PICK UP
YOUR TICKETS.
This is nothing but legal theft because they found a way to get promoted by Google as the primary listing for tickets.

I got redirected to the ticket center site when looking for tickets from ticket master. I thought I was paying the going price, but found later that ticket master sells the same tickets at about 20% of the price found on ticket center. Don’t expect to talk to a human when contacting support.

Dodgy Third Party Website Using Fraudulent Practices
This website is a third party concert ticket seller who significantly up-prices tickets. But worse than that, they asked for the purchaser to upload copies of her passport and credit card in order to complete the purchase. My mother, who is in her 80s, unfortunately complied with this request. This is illegal and we dread finding out what they will do with this information.

I was contacted 8 days before Coachella to be told there was no way to get my tickets in time, as I was in Canada. DO NOT BUY IF IN CANADA AND SHOW IN USA.
Offered to have me seel on and they would ship. They refused to ship the 2 purchased tickets, separately to different addresses, despite giving shipping labels.
Were not helpful. Spoke to 4 different customer representatives who just kept saying, cant help you.
Why sell tickets that were never getting to you in time.

No tickets received. Tickets 3X more expensive than local venue.
I did not receive my tickets for the Tina Turner performance in Spokane. I contacted TicketsCenter and they indicated according to their records the tickets were sent via mobile transfer so I would not be given a refund.
I purchased other tickets the day of the concert from the local dealer finding that my original purchase through Tickets Center was 3 times more than the cost at the local venue!

Bought tickets for Spamalot
Bought tickets for Spamalot. They sent tickets for the wrong row, I was denied admission which was a pain the butt. My wife and I spent time and effort to get ready and go the venue only to be denied access. The "chat" function at tickets center was not helpful. Questions, questions, questions even though by their own admission they screwed up. Horrible company.

Is zero stars an option? We had severe weather, and received information from our venue that refunds would be issued. I filled out the form stating I wouldn’t be in attendance. Issues were refunded to original point of purchase. For MONTHS I gathered all requested documentation they asked for, but of course no refund was issued back to me. I’m so glad they received over $1500 for our tickets. Great business model. My daughter got to miss out on her Christmas present, but thank goodness they got their money!

If I could rate them less than 1 I would. I was directed to Ticket Center through what appeared to be the official venue site, with no clear indication that I was purchasing through a third-party reseller. That lack of transparency alone is incredibly misleading.
After purchasing, I never received usable tickets. Despite being told they were “transferred,” nothing ever appeared—no valid download, no access, nothing. I checked every possible location (email, spam, account, etc.), and still came up empty.
To make matters worse, I was forced to spend valuable time chasing support while getting vague, unhelpful responses. By the time any real clarity came, the event had already been canceled—yet I’m still out not only the ticket cost but also the excessive fees.
This experience felt deceptive from start to finish. Customers deserve clear disclosure, functional delivery of what they paid for, and timely, competent support. Ticket Center failed on all three.
I would strongly caution anyone against using this service.

Terrible. Made to look like Ticketmaster. Price is in USD in small print only. They match the CDN price so you think you’re buying Canadian but find out it’s USD when you see your statement. These people are sharks. Tonight we are going to a show in Nashville. The add on parking looked like a great option but I was confused about the parking amount thinking it included the event tickets. So now realized it cost $130 for three hours but the worst thing is the parking is only valid from the time the event doors open. This is criminal don’t support these people.
