Terrible company

Terrible company. Changed pick up time, changed pick up address at last minute and blamed the travel agent. Had a driver speeding all the way back to Seville, didn't respond to my note about that. Didn't respond to my complaints on Trip Advisor and lied and blamed me for my bad experience. Clearly can't take critcism and learn from it. Never go with a company that blames the client for a bad experience. Be warned about this company - my advice -look elsewhere. I have over 250 contributions on Trip advisor and very few are negative - that tells you a lot about this company

Forever waiting for the refund.

Bought a ticket to see Jon Hopkins in Amsterdam about 2 months in advance.
On the evening of the day of the event (20th of October, 2018), I get an e-mail notifying me that "suddenly" the tickets are sold out.

As I'm writing this today, 4th of February 2019, I'm still waiting on my refund, after several e-mails and many more unanswered phone calls.
One star is far too generous.

Expensive, but good.

Through marktplaats I found this ticketservice, and being a bit desperate I bought a ticket from them. It turned out to be more expensive than announced on marktplaats, which was kind of sucky, but alas.

Then I read the reviews here, and I thought my money was gone. Nothing was less true, however! I got my ticket nicely in time, everything in perfect order. I am going to enjoy a great festival. Thanks, Tickets4u!

Scam!!

Started receiving emails from them that I had booked tickets that I had not.

Then was told I should pay €70 to cancel the tickets I didn’t ever order.

These people are classic scammers. They are loosely operating a legitimate business but make their money form extorting people.

These people are frauds. Never put your email address or they will start their hustle.

I have passed this case on to my lawyer.

I brought tickets for My son and I to …

I brought tickets for My son and I to go to Monster Jam I then find out the date has changed by a whole year from 2017 to 2018 - this had already been known to the company and they were still advertising the date on the website and tickets as 2017. when I asked for my money back I was sent an abusive email which even insulted my wife. on the ticket 4 U website they do not have a complaints procedure which as part of the EUSTA agreement is illegal. I have now had to take my complaint up with them. DO NOT EVER USE TICKETS 4 U

Clearly FRAUDULENT - stay away from them!

I bought Metallica concert tickets from Tickets4u.nl last month - it was supposed to be a birthday present for my sister, and we were supposed to have a nice sisterly weekend adventure in Amsterdam. But I never received my concert tickets, and the merchant was unbelievably, awfully rude and clearly FRAUDULENT with very ill intentions.

I called the merchant several times - and sent several emails - in the past month trying to understand why I haven't gotten my concert tickets. It's especially important for me to know the status since my sister and I were going to book flights to Amsterdam. They kept telling me that my transaction is not "correct". They pretended that my bank emailed them to tell them that my transaction is not "correct". However, (1) I called my bank to see if this is true, and my bank told me that they never contacted this merchant, since I never filed a case (yet) with them, and even if I did file a case, they aren't supposed to interact with the merchant but rather directly with Mastercard, and (2) I see clearly from my bank statement that the EUR513.20 payment was successfully transferred from my account - so they HAVE received my money. My bank also confirmed this.

I just spoke with the merchant again today, hoping that they will finally send me my concert tickets after all my attempts at giving them a second chance. However, apart from being very rude to me on the phone, they continue to insist that my transaction is not "correct" and that I need to pay again online before they will address me. They even said, in their own words, that "this is the last time we will talk to you". They were very rude, and would never give me a straight answer on why my transaction is not "correct" even after several phone calls. The calls are always picked up by the same two people - 1 man and 1 woman, both with Dutch accents.

At this point, I clearly stated that I will proceed with filing a chargeback case with my bank. They continued to be rude and refused to send me my tickets. A minute later, I received an email with a fake "delivery of concert tickets" - with a link to the tickets that does not work (leading to an error page), and that obviously does not have concert tickets!!! Obviously an attempt to get more time, to keep me from filing a chargeback case, and hoping that I will, in time, forget about all of this.

I wish I can forget about all of this. But this is way too much money, and too much disappointment, to forget. I will be working with legal authorities in Berlin to make sure that this business gets shut down. No other customer should ever get this awful experience.

STAY AWAY.

Absolutely Appalling

Please don't book with this company. I Booked two tickets to see Golden Earring a the Tivoli Vrendendeg in Utrecht for their 50th anniversary tour. I was told that the tickets were available.
So I booked two flights from the UK and booked a hotel for two nights. Which cost several hundred Pounds. The tickets never arrived, so my trip was a waste of time and money.
I have had no apology from this company and still haven't received any refund. This is the worst ticket company I have ever used
