I would like to publicly share my experience with TicketSms.it regarding the Grupo 5 concert.
On March 5th, I attempted to purchase tickets, but due to a technical issue I never received the SMS verification code, despite multiple attempts with different phone numbers. As a result, I was unable to complete my purchase.
I contacted customer support through multiple channels, however, more than a month has passed without any response or acknowledgment.
During this time, the event has completely sold out, meaning I have lost the opportunity to attend — not because of my own mistake, but due to a failure of the system and the complete lack of customer support.
This situation is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the reliability and accessibility of the platform, especially for international users.
At this point, I can only hope that this issue will finally be taken seriously and addressed properly.

I bought tickets for my friends (12 in total) for an event on August 10 (QuetZal DiscoClub in Palermo) via ticketsms.it. Unfortunately, the event was canceled by the venue. What a shame! Of course, I am entitled to a refund, and the organizer of this company referred me to ticketsms.it. Unfortunately, this platform cannot be reached in any way. The live chat has not been working for a long time, my emails are not being answered, and there is no known phone number.

As an organization, you must take responsibility and fulfill your obligation: refund customers when the party has not taken place.

Tip for everyone: do not buy tickets through this platform, because if the event is canceled, you will not get your money back.

Bought a ticket for Galactica party Salerno. party was cancelled i applied for a refund and first emails were nice answered by them and now few weeks later nothing no answeres what so ever on my emails. Pathetic company that wants to steele from me…. Go work for youre money

Had problems with recieving tickets, the site did not work, SMS and the log in - nothing worked. No tickets, and ive done everything. With all the problems I have contacted the crew on TicketSms and they were very kind, very helpful and we solved the problem, they really take time for help. So I am very satisfied for the reliable and personal interference.
