What can I say; they are simply the best. The service from Mr Ali and Mr Kobir at Biman Air have has been second to none. I have booked many flights with them and they always go above and beyond, providing a personal service 24/7 - they are always happy to help, whether it's to change flights or make any amendments, whatever the request.
