We had to put in for a refund with Qatar from India , on our return we contacted tickets to india and spoke to a lady named Jazz who was sorting it out for us , she was very efficient, quick, understanding and handled our refund very well 10 out of 10 for her great service, would 100% use again

Absolutely poor experience from Tickets…
Absolutely poor experience from Tickets to India this time. My flight (26th march,26) got cancelled by Air india, when i reached at the airport(after travelling 2 hours) with family ( with two young kids...) i was told by airline staff that my flight is cancelled ,email was sent 10 hours ago to all the passenger to their registered email.
When i Inquired why i didn't get any email about the cancellation, they said travel agent(person who did my ticket) gave her email address instead of passenger email address and didn't communicate about the cancellation .... when i phoned tickets to india on why i was not informed, i was told, lady who did my ticket is on annual leave..... because of all this hassle at the airport me nd my family had to suffer,so far i have not received any apology or compensation from tickets to india even after sending them emails requesting for an investigation on why this has happened.....

Inconsiderate customer service, profit driven
I booked a flight to Goa, India via Bahrain. Unfortunately whilst I was in Goa war broke out between Iran, US, and Isreal getting the whole Middle East involved in a conflict. Since my flight was flying back through Bahrain Gulf Air my airlines advised me to cancel and get a refund from my agent tickets to India. Tickets to India refused to cancel my flights and even told me that flights were still flying through Bahrain, even though the air space was closed, Bahrain was being bombed. They even told me I wouldn’t get a lot back even though I haven’t used half of my journey.
Please don’t book tickets with these people because when it comes to a refund they would do anything to keep the money for themselves, even lie to you.

We are sorry to hear that Gulf Air cancelled your return flight.
Unfortunately, and as advised by our refund team, the amount of refund on partially used tickets does not equal half of the ticket cost. This is because much of the ticket is made up of taxes, most of which are used up on the outbound journey. Please feel free to verify this information with the airline, IATA or any other sources (AI sources can provide you with an explanation as to how this works).
With regards to the team advising you that the flights were confirmed, as you will appreciate we can only advise according to the information that is provided from the airline via the GDS booking system - unfortunately, in many cases the airline fails to update the availability.
As for your refund (and as per your correspondence with our refund team), this has been claimed and will be returned to you once received from Gulf Air.

Delayed flight
My flight was delayed and I needed a new eticket sent to my email but after countless calls with air India and after communicating back and fourth I came across a lovely agent from tickets to India called SANDY.K who helped me with my query and personally got in touch with air India, I wish i would give her another 5 stars because she went above and beyond to help my query. I am a very loyal customer, I've purchase my flight tickets since 2014 from here multiple times however the recent experience was very horrible the customer service staff are rude they don't let you speak, no phone manners and accountability, they just want to scam you when the flights are cancelled by the airlines.
