There is no response whatsoever, I’ve called around 10 times this month alone, I’ve emailed 6 times and absolutely nothing, no response apart from “we’ll respond in 24hours”. This gets sent each time... See more

Totally inept
Like others I am still awaiting the promised refund for a comedy event cancelled in June. I have now sent two reminders and received an automated response stating they're on the case ( they're not ) and I'd get a response within 48 hours ( I didn't). Use this company at your peril. Totally inept.
Avoid this company!
Bought tickets for a comedy club evening for. Sent several emails for a refund. Telephone number goes to voicemail which I’ve left several messages and still nothing. Disgusting customer service!
If I could give no stars I would
Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company. Booked for a comedy club which was cancelled due to COVID. They emailed to say I would be refunded within 6 weeks. Now been 8 weeks and nothing refunded. Avoid like the plague. I have now started proceedings through my credit card.
Complete rubbish
Complete rubbish. Don’t bother. Website doesn’t work and you’ll just be told your tickets were sent in error and then have to go through agro of trying to get PayPal or bank to refund your money.

All about profit, not the customer
I bought my tickets, paid a very large 'admin fee' and had no option to collect them from the box office for free. I had to pay an extra £2.49 to get them delivered to me.
In the confirmation email I was told I would have the tickets no later than 48 hours before the show. However, no tickets arrived.
After emailing them to let them know they told me I could collect the tickets at the box office.
I asked them when I would receive my £2.49 refund for the postage that I didn't get and they told me that it was out of their control that I hadn't received the tickets and so I would not be getting a refund.
I let them know that it was their choice to send tickets with a value of over £100 via usual 2nd class Royal Mail post, so they had full control over how they chose to send the tickets. It was me who had no control over how I would have liked to get the tickets. I would have loved the option to collect them at the box office for free, but they don't offer this (unless the tickets get lost of course).
I know it isn't a lot of money but the principle that this company is ok with charging people for services that they don't actually receive shows a lot about the type of company they are.
If you value customer service, you should stay away from them

Easy to deal with and great support
Easy to deal with and great support! Lost my ticket confirmation and they were on it..! Resent it and had a great time at the gig. Thank you!
Great customer service and no expensive …
Great customer service and no expensive booking fees!
Shame on you
I bought tickets months ago for Luisa Omelan and on the day of the show I found out that the whole show content had changed from comedy to a show about deep and moving issues due to the death of her mother. As these things are affecting me at the moment I did not want to attend , I phoned the venue and ticketmaster who both said they would give me a refund but I sadly bought my tickets from ticket text and they refused point blank. I will never use this company again, shame on you.

Failure to honour original purchase
I purchased tickets in June 2017 through TicketText to see Micky Flanagan at the O2, great seats in block 101 right by the stage. I was told only two days ago that due to a technical issue, those seats were no longer available and I was being moved to block 110. Although the seats are in the same price bracket the view is in no way comparable and I fail to understand why it has taken over four months for this information to come to light.
