If I could give it 0 stars I would

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Where do I begin? We booked to go to La Tomatina through this company. It absolutely ruined the whole experience for us. We were picked up by coach and taken to the event. We were then made to queue for 2.5 hours to collect our wristband to enter the event (why they couldn’t just hand them out on the coach I don’t know). After the event we were meant to get a coach back at 3pm. The company hadn’t booked enough coaches and there were about a thousand people waiting for transport back to their hotels in a car park. We received no information from staff. One coach arrived every approx 40 mins and some staff got on it, people were physically going for each other to get a seat, the police were called… it was a total shambles. Embarrassing. We waited 3 hours for a coach and there were still a few hundred waiting when we left. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. BOOK DIRECT AND ARRANGE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.

Avoid this company like the plague

I have traveled to all continents, over 110 countries, and all 50 US states and have never gotten such terrible service anywhere, ever. We went to Spain for the tomatina and bought our tickets and transportation to and from Valencia from TicTac. We arrived in Bunol almost three hours early but had to wait in an enormous, slow moving line. There was nobody from the company around to provide information or help us and after waiting two hours in the barely advancing line it became apparent that we would not make it into the event on time. I was finally able to find a security guard who found someone from the company to provide wristbands to those of us fortunate enough to find her. I'm certain that many people from our group did not make it in on time. The obvious question is why weren't the wristbands distributed on the bus en route to the event? Guess nobody thought of that. The event itself was fun, but an equally awful experience awaited us when it was over. We had been told to meet in the huge gravel parking area where all the buses from the various companies were picking up. There was nobody from Tic Tac to direct us and the other operators had no idea where our buses were. As a bus would come, we would race across the parking area only to find that it was not our bus or was already full. Finally some workers showed up but they were very poorly trained and unable to get any information about when our buses might arrive. Meanwhile I was experiencing severe dehydration and AFIB and was on the verge of passing out. One of the workers promised to get me on the next bus, but she was overrruled and instead ordered an ambulance for me. As you might guess, the ambulance never came. Long story short, after over two hours waiting in the hot sun I finally convinced someone to let me board a bus, but not without someone in the crowd assulting my granddaughter. As we left, we noticed the police had been called to break up a fight between customers stressed from waiting for hours in the hot sun. There were probably 75-100 people still waiting when we finally left and I have no idea how long it took them to get back to Valencia. There was absolutely no excuse for the transportation to be so poorly organized. As it turns out we learned that people who were not with our group boarded our buses, since nobody was there to check their tickets. The result was that there was not enough space reserved to get us all back to Valencia. As I said, I've never experienced such awful organization. It was obvious that no planning went into getting us to and from the event. As expected, the company did not respond to my written request for a partial refund. Once they have your money they completely forget about you. Use this company at your own risk. Forewarned is forearmed. I gave one star only because no lower rating was available.

We booked our Tomatina tickets through…

We booked our Tomatina tickets through TicTac company, paying extra for the travel package and their T-shirts.

However, once the festival ended, the experience turned very disappointing:

No proper facilities: There were no proper shower arrangements. People were told to either wash in sewage water or buy overpriced bottles from nearby shops.

Lack of organization: At the bus stand, there were over 50 buses with no clear bus numbers or company names. This created complete chaos.

Unhelpful staff: When we asked TicTac staff about our bus, they responded rudely, saying they didn’t care and we had to figure it out ourselves. Many passengers, including us, were left confused, ignored, and unsupported. Several people even missed their buses because of the poor system.

Overpriced T-shirts: The T-shirts we bought were of very cheap quality, despite being sold at a high price.

The overall behavior of TicTac staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. This will be the last time we book with TicTac, and we strongly recommend others to avoid them. Other companies at least value their customers, provide proper support, and offer better value for money. Also tictac has the biggest line when comes for entry and they dont have lockers so no security just keeping our bags in open area. Completely disaster and waste of money

Tomatina

Tomatina. 27 aug 2025.
The event itself went great. The problems started when it was time to go back.
First of all, the bus station is just a huge dusty and dirty lot with absolutely no navigation. We had to look for someone connected with the company for 15 minutes.
The bus wasn’t at the spot, and the young man from the company didn’t know anything. He tried to call, but either nobody picked up or gave him no clear answers.
In the end, one bus had no driver, another broke down. The poor guy from the company had to run around asking other bus drivers to take us, but of course almost no one could agree since they had their own routes.
We were supposed to leave at 4:00 PM, but ended up waiting for more than an hour without any proper information.
The young man who was trying to solve the problems and find buses really deserves a bonus and a promotion — he did his absolute best.

Disappointing Experience with Tic Tac Tickets for Tomatina

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Tic Tac Tickets while trying to attend Tomatina. I traveled all the way from the United States, along with a friend, to participate in the event—something we had been looking forward to for years. Despite arriving in Buñol two hours early, we were unable to attend.

There was no clear signage or stand for Tic Tac Tickets, and when we asked security for help, we were informed that the tickets we had purchased were fraudulent. We weren’t the only ones—many other customers were in the same situation. We were forced to wait in line to buy new tickets, but by the time we got to the front, we were told there were no more available. After waiting nearly an hour, we left Buñol without attending the event.

This entire experience was frustrating, costly, and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing tickets through Tic Tac Tickets based on this experience.

**An Utter Disaster by tictac.es -Tour Operator

If you're looking for a chaotic, poorly organized experience that will leave you frustrated and stranded, then this is the tour operator for you! From departure to arrival, the entire trip was a complete shambles.

First off, the tickets were provided with bus numbers, but upon arriving at the pickup point, none of the buses were numbered. The so-called staff and organizers had absolutely no clue what was going on. It was like watching headless chickens running around.

Arriving at Buñol, the distribution of t-shirts and lockers was an absolute joke. There was no organized queue, no clear information on where or how to collect these items, and no details provided about the return time or location. To top it off, there was no point of contact to ask for help. It felt like the blind leading the blind.

After the tomato fest, the disaster continued. There were no buses at the pickup point, leaving around 400 of us waiting under the burning September sun. Most of the staff had either disappeared or were trying to dodge the crowd. The remaining staff from the agency had the audacity to blame the chaos on us, the paying customers!

And to add insult to injury, this horrendous tour operator had the gall to send a feedback request after all this mismanagement. The nerve!

If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this tour operator like the plague. This was by far the worst travel experience I've ever had. Save yourself the headache and book with someone else!

Avoid this company

Although the Tomatina 24 itself was fun, I feel more could have been done to signpost where people should go on the day, the maps were not helpful at all.

We had to keep asking people. the cue was extremely long with very little staff and by this point we had run out of time to get our sangria and or soap as promised. We also didnt get any details about "after party" so turned up to one and got told we had the wrong wristbands so ended up paying £45 for no breakfast no sangria, no apella and certainly no after party. I will not be using this company again. And the t-shirts were awful. I know I wont hear back but people need to know.

THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT BUY!

This company is a TOTAL scam,

After the festival there were NO buses to return, the bag collection there were people fighting and lost bags with things stolen.

All the reps from the company disappeared and there were no buses back to the city and it was total chaos.

The tickets to the after party sent us to some random town miles away from Valencia

We were helped by a lovely guy at a company called “festivals all around” who helped explain that they pull this trick every year and they are selling illegal tickets

It's a scam

It's a scam.
Bad Management.
We had to leave early to pick up bus but there was chaos and people fighting to get on the bus.
Then at Bunol, we had to wait in line for hour to collect our wristbands and lockers.
After festival, we had to again wait for another hour to collect our things. There was no management and frustrated fellow passengers becoming aggressive.
And then as icing on the cake, there was no bus to take us back to Valentia and no staff to explain what is going on.
Luckily a fellow company helped us get back to city.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Worst customer service I have dealt…

Worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time.
I have been trying to buy 2 tickets with 4 different credit cards using 4 different browsers via computer and mobile phone for 2 days.
I keep getting error messages about it not working or cookies not being accepted. All not true. Two friends have also tried and got the same errors.
I have contacted them 2 times. Instead of helping me or offering me an alternative, you blame me and tell me to keep trying. This is not customer service, this is ridiculous.
Thank you for nothing!!!
