Great experience with Tidal Cohosting

Great experience with Tidal Cohosting. The team is responsive, organized, and really knows short-term rentals. They stay on top of pricing, guest communication, and listing updates, which has made things much easier for us. We’ve seen solid improvements in performance and far less day-to-day stress. Highly recommend if you want a hands-off but results-driven cohosting team.

Tidal Cohosting was the easiest and best choice!

Tidal Cohosting was the easiest and best choice I made for my business. Andrew and his team exceed expectations in every interaction. They are extremely responsive, professional, and go above and beyond. They make every thing so easy and are an amazing resource for small business owners.

Tidal is Excellent

Tidal has been a huge help to my small business. They have made a huge difference in the performance of my short term rental and have demonstrated tremendous knowledge, expertise, and rapid response times whenever I have an issue that needs solving. I have even recommended them to others since I have seen such a positive impact. They have allowed me to have more time to spend with my family as well while increasing the performance of my rental!

First let me start with this

First let me start with this. I have had 5 rental companies in 5 years. Andrew is my sixth. You may think I am too picky but I contend, there must be someone in the rental business that knows what they are doing. That company is Tidal Hosting.
I marvel at the attentiveness of this entire team. From the first request to the departure, the team‘s response is prompt, detailed and courteous. I know because I see each one. From check in to check out, I watch it unfold to a seamless transition. Though I know much is computer generated, it still requires a team to make it flow smoothly.
As an owner, I bring a problem to the table that has been a major kink. We use our condo at least one to two times a month. Where I got lip service that this would be fine with them, it has always been an issue. Andrew and his team have worked with us through this last year. I am constantly asking for their input to make for a good understanding of what balances the business with our pleasure too.
A 5 star review for Andrew and the Tidal Hosting Team really underestimates my opinion of the whole experience. This has been a 10 ⭐️ service for me.

Do yourself a favor, and make Tidal Co-Hosting your property manager!

I can’t say enough good things about Andrew and his team at Tidal Co-Hosting. They manage my property in Myrtle Beach, and working with them has been an absolute game-changer.
From day one, Andrew and his team have been top-notch. They are amazing communicators—not just with me, but with my guests as well—which makes everything run smoothly. Owning a rental property used to feel stressful and overwhelming, but they truly take all the hassle off my plate. I can finally breathe knowing my property is in such capable hands.
They handle any issues quickly and professionally, always keeping me informed along the way. What I appreciate most is that Andrew doesn’t just “manage” the property—he actively communicates with me about how to grow and improve our businesses together. It genuinely feels like a partnership.
I’m incredibly grateful to have Tidal Co-Hosting managing my property and would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and growth-focused property management company.

Consistent Results and Clear Communication

We’ve been working with Tidal Cohosting for just over a year to manage our Myrtle Beach condo, and the experience has been steady and positive.

The onboarding process was clear and well-organized. Our listing details were reviewed for accuracy, updated where needed, and we were referred to a photographer who noticeably improved the presentation of the property. Around the same time, we also changed cleaning companies based on Tidal’s recommendation.

Since moving to Tidal Cohosting and the new cleaners, all of our guest stays have received 5-star reviews, many of which specifically mention the cleanliness of the condo. Bookings have been consistent, and guest communication has been handled promptly and professionally.

We remain the primary host on our listing, with Tidal acting as co-host, which gives us full visibility into guest interactions. While there is a support team involved, communication has been smooth, and Andrew has been available when we’ve needed to connect directly.

Overall, the experience has been reliable, transparent, and well-managed, and we’re looking forward to continuing the partnership.

Best revenue producing co host

We’ve worked with Tidal Co Hosting for our short-term rental in Myrtle Beach and couldn’t be happier. They’re organized, responsive, and truly proactive — from guest communication and coordinating cleanings to handling issues quickly and keeping everything running smoothly. What stands out most is how on top of the details they are: clear updates, great follow-through, and a calm, professional approach even when something unexpected comes up. Our operations have gotten smoother and guest experience has improved since partnering with them. Highly recommend.

Worst management company in South Carolina

The team you work majority with is oversees and it’s very difficult to get someone to actually show up to your property if there’s any sort of issue. There was constantly issues- even my neighbors would complain about how the property looked on the outside and the inside while tidal managed it. The cleaning company that they had hired for me got five negative reviews in a row before I stepped in asking them to do something about it. They were constantly unorganized, even when I filled out forms of what to have on my listing, they forgot to include things like heating. They told me it’s because the team oversees just didn’t realize that all American homes have heating. I showed them how to change the codes on the lock box of which they could never figure out in six months so every check-in, I always had a guest issue with going in. They encourage you to do things like get friends to leave you reviews without actually staying at the rental. They also mentioned other “problemed” homeowners by name. Completely unprofessional experience.
