I like the website
I like the website, I enjoy the customer support, but I have one concern, you can't ask for a specific padel racket weight because their system is:
"new center operates with automated systems and robotic technology (...) the system does not distinguish weight differences between units"
I can recommend the store for other things, but if you want a specific weight I cannot recommend.

Bad warranty and after sales service
Ordered a pair of Babolat shoes, deliver was fast and correct. Shoes were faulty, which I don't blame them for it, and I opened a warranty claim on 14th September, and they accepted it. I got an email telling me they would send a courier to get the faulty item and deliver a new, I was to be contacted the previous day to the courier visit.
Never got the email, never got the courier, never got the new shoes.
Contacted them again, got the same automated reply, still got no solution. Contacted them on the phone, talked to someone very briefly and again got an automated email telling me what I was told before about changing the faulty shoes for new ones. And once again the process stopped there.
It's been more than 3 weeks now since I first opened the claim.
I don't blame them for the faulty shoes but the after-sale customer support is terrible. Won't shop here again for sure.

Made warranty claim again and got same acceptance replay on September 30th.
Also would like to let you know that your reply is not polite, to say the least. Instead of trying to get to know what has happened you passively aggressively accuse me of being fake or paid by someone. This confirms my review about poor customer care.

Edit 3. I've now received an apologies email and a apparent solution to the issue. Must appreciated. When I get the new item I will update again and review the score.
Edit 4. Everything got sorted out, I got my problem solved rapidly after my first review here. I might give the shop another chance. Maybe this was once in a time issue.

Two very bad experiences
Two bad experiences. First I bought a Padel racket that broke after 5 months of normal use and it was very tough to use the guarantee to receive my money back, almost 1,5 months of conversations and 2 negative answers from their side, althrough I was highlighting their own terms and conditions.
In the meantime I bought a pair of shoes and, after 1 week delay, I get the shipment with a surprise. No shoes were present in the package, only a gift gymsack. It was ridiculous to get this and I had to contact them in order to get my pair of shoes, no one noticed the error when packing and shipping a gift gymsack only... what a shame!
Edit after store’s reply:
Order numbers: 643835 (claim ticket G7540) and 748688. They still haven’t refund me for the Padel racket, since they told me they will on the 1st of October.

Avoid this company — terrible customer service
I bought an expensive Adidas padel racket from this company. (Invoice number: S25052525). Within a month, it cracked during normal use and even caused pain in my arm. I followed all the steps to report the issue, including submitting THREE separate warranty tickets. I was asked to provide photos, I did. Then no response. Then when I emailed two more times, they asked me to send a video of the racket - I did. No response. Since then, I've sent SEVEN more emails all without response.
Despite being promised a response within 2–4 working days, I have heard nothing. Not a single useful reply. No refund, no replacement, no help — just silence on an issue I raised nearly two months ago.
This has been incredibly frustrating and stressful, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. If something goes wrong with your purchase, don’t expect any support at all. Based on my experience, this company is happy to take your money but refuses to take responsibility.
Buy elsewhere — somewhere with real customer service.

EDIT 2 - @Manuel. Please don’t talk to me like I’m stupid. I ordered the racket from Tienda Padelpoint (12th May - Adidas 3.2 Adipower, 99€) I have the invoice. All you need to do is search my name in your databases - instead you choose to lie. Your colleague Ana emailed me yesterday asking for a video of the racket AGAIN! If you want to email me to sort this out I welcome it but do not tell lies on here.

Terrible service, fight for your own money!
Ordered 2 rackets and waited for several days. After not getting any update on the order I e-mailed them for a delivery date, but alas no response.
Waited 2 weeks and sent more mails for a response, but didn't get any.
I wrote a bad review on Trustpilot and the ball started rolling.
Instead of being helpful this company was threatening me with a ridiculous Spanish claim (up to 600.000 euro) about writing fake bad reviews.
After mailing everything to the support (including a link to the threats they made), they somehow cancelled the order and gave me my money back.
No excuses, no explanation or delivering two simple rackets, just giving me my money back after almost 3 weeks...
So all in all: Terrible service!
