Prior to switching to Tier.Net in 2018, I was with a big name provider. I have literally saved several hundred dollars a year by switching my VPS to them and when I did, they transferred all of my data at no charge! They have always been extremely courteous and helpful any time I have needed them for anything. I'm not a tech expert by any means, but with them you don't need to be. 5 Stars+

Horrible experience with their customer service. Was going to try out a month for the server service and needed to cancel the next month. Instead, there was a hidden Paypal auto-renewal which makes me pay for the invoice before my due date. I created a ticket and they seems not to be reasonable and give me a refund for my 2nd month.

Update 8/19 - Another customer agent stepped in and got my refund, change my 1-star to 4-stars now. Thank you.

Everybody at Tier.Net has gone above and beyond, from sales finding a server that fit our needs, to support acquiring and installing a hardware TPM in short time. When I needed a 500 GB SSD installed, they didn't have any in inventory and installed a larger SSD at no extra cost. If you want value and top-tier support, look no further than Tier.Net.

Wow, how time flies!! I paid my invoice today and realized I been with Tier now for four years, 4 YEARS now, anyways, I have been with many different service providers, and not yet have I found anyone out there that would exceed the expectations at the cost of what Tier.Net offers. They are the best and 100% honest staff, from Evan, Jacob and if you want something done, just ask for Mark, and its done. With Tier, you are a human, aren't just a customer number. The service is stable, from Florida to Texas are my travels, and I was here in the Texas Electrical outage, and Tier, my Dallas server stayed online!! DEDICATION at its finest from Tier. I don't have enough space to continue why you should simply go with Tier if you want stability in service, and honest admins to secure your files; you can rely on Tier!!

I've been with Tier.net for almost 3 years now. Happy content minimal downtime or issues and when I do have one Evan, Mark, and John always make sure my concerns are addressed. I've had the same Xeon E3 box from the beginning and decided it was time to upgrade. I work in IT and this box is used for my "Home Lab" and a production web hosting server for a handful of clients in the Charlotte Area. John, Mark, and Evan made this upgrade and migration process as easy as could be. I cannot recommend TierNET enough for Reliability, Honesty, and Trustworthiness. I have no hesitation recommending their services.

I have had a high-spec dedicated server with them for a couple of months now, I couldn't be more satisfied. Prices are much better than most competitors and the service is top notch.

I had to move 7 sites from my existing web host. Some of those sites were large and complicated. Tier.net assured me they could transfer them to their server without incident. And they did! They followed through on all their promises. Best of all, their pricing is less than what I'd been paying at my other web host. Kudos to Ben (sales) and Jacob (tech) for all their expertise and assistance.

This is my second year with Tier.net!. Never had downtime with my VPS, I sometimes restart my VPS for NGINX update that's the only 2 seconds downtime that I had with my VPS Server.

Support is very good. I get both Live chat support and Ticket Support for migration help. I really wanted to give a review because I felt I must do because migrating to a new configuration that is not really recommended by their tech team, but I wanted it to be done, so Mr. Mark Van did the migration to this new VPS with Cyberpanel Free with Openlitespeed. Now I'm having a very fast server than NGINX even. This new Experiment went well and all are great.

I have a lot of experience with different hosting companies with VPS plans and non of them come close to Tier.net VPS with their Ultimate support option enabled. I have found a great company to work with and I'm a very happy customer.

I've been using Tier.net since the end of 2019, following an excellent offer for a high-RAM dedicated server I saw on webhostingtalk. The server's been very reliable and the price is extremely good. The customer service has also been very responsive and helpful. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

This company gives you the truth. Unlike our previous provider we were hearing excuses, Tier.Net is giving us answers which is what we wanted to hear and you might think this is a bad thing since there was problems. The problem is COVID-19 something you can't really go around. They are amazing and I will certainly update my review once our server has been up for a little bit of time.

Update after 3 months:
Still 5 stars! This company truly was a miracle for us and I recommend their dedicated servers any day.

Update After 1 Year:
I ended my service with Tier.net after one year exactly, this was due to major downtime experienced as we somehow were on another customer's network?? I never really understood what they meant by that but we kept catching attacks that weren't even targetting us.

Their dedicated solution is great! I rent a Managed Dedicated Server with Tier.net a year ago. It has everything I need, from cPanel, Cloudlinux. Just install a nginx proxy and that's all. The server is running well without a few small time restarting to update softwares. Their support is great, fast enough and also have a live chat to help you solve some quick actions. I will be back if I have a chance.
